Ford can make nice interiors, but anything short of the high end models typically are straight cost cutting trash. The 2 mid level Ford's I had were rank with just obvious cost cutting with tons of nasty unfinished hard plastic with sharp edges, low quality touch surfaces and generally just a...
Perhaps if is just definition or how rutty the road but I love 35-40 disconnected on a rutty road because I don't get so much head toss or bump steer with the axle being allowed to jounce more freely with out being shoved down by the sway bar. If this was an exceptionally curvy road it might be...
Raptor is really nice, the regular ranger doesnt look like they tried that hard imo. Still kind of ugly, and the interior is just super ford cost cutting as usual.
This, the 4xe doesnt use the aux battery because it doesnt have standard stop start. If someone will bring him a battery and swap it in the garage, let them.
My wife's, mine, my dad's and some random couple that wanted a picture with us.
Mine and my wife's before it became bigger than mine on 39s and a RK lift.
Put it on the front passenger, leave 4wd off can run a clown wheel there and it wouldnt matter unless you pull the lever as that wheel isnt connected to the diff.
I don't think they're gonna make a ton of 24s honestly. I'd imagine they're going to overcorrect for the 23s and really tighten 24 supply, plus if the union docs are right and '25 is the new 4xe version they may make this a really short model year like the 23 was for the wrangler which only...
The 2023 prices are rock bottom. This also means uses gladiator pricing is reaching rock bottom too. When supply was tight and everyone was getting MSRP+ trades were high, now new price is low so trade price is low.
Around here you can get a fairly loaded Rubicon for about 20% off I usually...
How important are the features its missing? I've learned that buying the de-contented model typically means I end up hating it even faster if it doesnt have the options I actually enjoy/am used to.
Personally I'm waiting for the 4xe, I tried the diesel, it was better than the 3.6 but worse than...
Can run any size spare if you stay in 2 wheel drive and put it front passenger since it has the FAD.
If I was going to 37 and needed 4wd then either front or back is fine, just go slow to not overwork the spider gears.
I do, so our 19.8 is a 2022 which is 3838 as delivered, with our stuff loaded, and tanks empty it's about 550 pounds or so according to a weigh safe hitch I used to weigh it.
We looked at the surveyor legend 19bhle as well as the nobo 19.8 and it was ultimately the chaise lounge instead of...
They use a rubber/kevlar high misalignment joint called a duro joint. It's similar to the IR Bushing but much more durable and more misalignment due to the proprietary material mc uses and the design. It's popular enough that rock krawler, Barnes 4wd and a bunch of companies are starting to try...
I was gonna say MC but you mentioned you don't like them. Any reason why? The duro joints have been absolutely fantastic and maintenance free for 40k miles including plenty of sand and mud. If I wasn't going duro joints, I'd look at the rock krawler joints that are almost the same as the MC joints.
Most of the big name after market are pretty level other than Clayton and AEV. Cayton leaves about half the rake which is useful for towing and hauling stuff as well as their springs are a heavier triple rate in the back to reduce squat. AEV leaves all the rake as factory.
Personally I'd look...
