So just got a phone call. Jeep has authorized the dealership to replace all four of the tires with a different make. They now think it is the tires causing the steering wheel shaking at highway speeds. It has Bridgestone Dueler HL Alenza tires on it. They are putting on Falken Wildpeaks. I...
That's interesting. I noticed the same thing, but for some reason my wife's 2022 Grand Cherokee's heated steering wheel and seats get hot no matter the temperature outside. Would be nice if the Gladiator was the same.
Lol I hear you. I agree with not instilling confidence, but at this point they have it and they may as well keep it until it is right. I'd feel a bit differently if they weren't keeping my updated with what they are doing and weren't providing a loaner, which they don't have to do.
I don't disagree, but it's 6 months old - they need to make it right. Like I said - they have been very good to me so far. But there are only so many components that can impact steering and they told me now that "engineering" is involved they are tied to what ever they are told to do.
My truck has been at the dealership since 2/8/2023 for this same exact reason. Dealership has been pretty good to me so far. Gave a loaner since the beginning. They have since escalated and gotten "Engineering" involved because the all the repair attempts they have done so far (replaced...
Yea well I took mine back. They have it now and have the glass company coming back out tomorrow. They bent the brackets up top down instead of up and “lost” the rubber pieces that go between them. So it sounds like they will be once again replacing it. The seal (which the dealer swears is...
So had mine replaced today. Glass company used the same seal as yours. All looks good except they destroyed the inside rear trim above the top of the window. Broke a bunch of the clips so the dealer is ordering a new one for me. They also bent the two window brackets down instead of up so...
I had one (2021 Sahara 4xe) for 5 days as a loaner while they were sorting out my leaking rear window. I liked it. It took about 10 hours to fully charge the battery on 110v. I did drive it on battery only for craps and giggles and it was pretty cool. They are pretty expensive though. The...
Only owned mine for almost 6 months. So far I really like it. Only issue as of yet I am working through is my leaking rear window. New window is in and will be replaced on 2/6. Dealership says the glass company they use is awesome and has done the Gladiator replacements so I am hoping I...
Yea technology is great. I had to reset the Sync system in my 2020 Ranger at least once or twice a month, so it's not surprising. Hopefully this is a one time thing with the Gladiaior and won't become the norm.
