I also have the RK pro-x 3" unlimited and it`s a great lift, the quality is great and so is the ride. With lifts you really do get what you pay for, a cheaper lift might feel ok at first but what about a few years down the road.
Mine was easy to break free in fact i was surprised at how easy. Once it broke free there is resistance until it`s all the way removed, seems that there is some form of mild tread locker.
So true. I had a bank of batteries go bad thank god under warranty (9k is the cost) but i still had to pay a 1k hazmat fee. The old battery banks are buried and will remain dangerous for thousands of years.

You should have a little more castor on the passenger side to compensate for the crown in the road, most straight axles are this way even the Ford SD`s.
Installed my Synergy track bar brace today, turned out to be fairly easy. There was no need to remove the sway bar link and i used a pry bar to push the RK spring slightly to access the rear bolts holding the steering box. Another thing taken care of, next a Fusion drag link.
LOL! Little motorcycle history, the RH67 was the first MX motorcycle that Suzuki sold, RH referred to a "works" bike and 67 was the year. People used to call me RH67 because i had collected so many of them.
Having help is big, crawling in and out from under the Jeep is no fun and takes time.
The torque get as close as you can, it was impossible to get over 300ft. lbs. of torque on the larger jam nuts without a special vice or means to secure the control arms safely. I have a four foot long torque...
