  1. W.T.F.D.I.G.M.I - Turning my daily drive into a trail rig.

This was a fun thread. Bobbed doesn’t fit my use case but I definitely understand it. Also amazing choice on the Rockkrawler lift. There isn’t a better brand out there, even before factoring in the people behind the brand. I’m in the middle of joining that cool kids club at the moment… after...
  2. Purchase Gone wrong

A way better way to buy components like that is a place like liftedforless.com owners name is austin. Shameless plug for a friend but only doing it because he’s the type of person we all appreciate dealing with.

  8. Suspension to deal with 170 lb roofnest?

Dropping the tent would of course be the easiest option. What lift and shocks do you have and can you post pics of your front and rear swaybar links?

  10. Is 200 pounds too heavy for a set of rock sliders?

I can say for sure that for a pinch seam mounted slider (keep in mine this is not the best as a true slider) the mopar HD sliders work great. And they will definitely stop door dings. I dont consider them a real step unless you’re lighton your feet and nimble but for what it sounds like your...

  14. What do u have coming in the mail?

Those are potentially the most overpriced turds disguised as jeep parts that I have ever seen. I really hope no more people succumb to this. I would recommend contacting your credit card company for a reversal
  15. Jeep Dually

    BBL on a jeep
  16. Fridge for bed under tonneau cover

I filled two good sized tupperwares to ~ 80% and taped the lids down. One I toss in a day or two before using to pre cool it and then I swap in the fresh one. Holds fridge temps for 5-6 days in the desert if its not in direct sunlight. I like iced coffee and a couple cubes in campfire beversges...
  17. Talk me off the ledge…

Gears make a lot bigger difference than you are thinking they will. Under load it wants to be in the 2000-2300 cruising range. Doing too much gear will make it a little too shifty around town and pull mpg down a bit but you can still get 23-24 mpg at 70 with 4.56 on 38s
  18. Fridge for bed under tonneau cover

Portable fridges are really awesome but id take a yeti or one of the many clones over one all day long for seldom use. even the best fridges will only work for so long and it matters little how much of that time it was in use.
  19. BLACK Gladiator JT Club

I think thats the best at there is for a street focused jeep good choice!
