Exactly! It’s bad enough that most of the interior is plastic, but there is waaay too much plastic under the hood getting heat cycled.

I did pretty much the same thing - the only time I ever ran out of gas. Coasted down a freeway off-ramp into a gas station at the end of it. Whew! No pushing or hiking.

Just did the same exact thing too! I parked it on the parking curb.

Do what makes you happy! If someone is willing to buy a Rubicon X for me they have the right to tell me how to appoint (or not appoint) it. Til then keep your jealousy to a minimum. LOL

Fuel flow cools the fuel pump. You don’t want to run too low as it can damage your fuel pump. Years ago my friend with a BMW went through 5 fuel pumps because of running on empty all the time. That’s another reason it is conservative.

I know this is a long shot, but … Is there a Mopar keyed lock available that works with the trail camera? And an associated insert?

Do you have Adaptive Cruise Control? If not, maybe that’s why there isn’t a plastic cover included. Just guessing.

My 24 Rubicon X has a matching spare tire so all that was needed was a matching wheel and TPS. Not bad. All the parts and work were done for around $400. But I like a 5 tire rotation and if/when I get a flat everything looks the same. I never was a fan of donut spares on cars.
