I agree.
I read this thread a couple weeks ago and have been trying to figure a way to make the vehicle keyed lock work. The biggest hurdle is I can only find the keyed locks available in the keyed gas cap which is $100.
I think we’ve all been confused by things that once explained we wonder how we didn’t see the answer. I’ve been embarrassed more than once by something like that.
The dealership is trying to tell me I have no satellite reception at my home. Whatever. It was fine before I took a road trip a while back and now it is 80 to 160 feet negative.
EDIT: It will probably take a number of people complaining before Jeep finds and resolves the issue.
I use my returns to pay my property taxes. Kind of a guaranteed savings. But as a young man I would get a couple hundred back from federal and owe state a couple hundred.
Paranoia will destroy ya. I know, but I took it in for its first oil change .. 830 miles. I figured anything that might be in from the engine build would have been flushed out by now.
I had my lift put on my JKURHR by Rebel. No problems after 4 years.
Their shop has quite a few JTs lifted and plenty of customer JTs.
I also had my Rock Slide Engineering steps put on my JKURHR and my JTR by them.
I hate the fake warranty BS. They charge you a lot (based on their costs) then give you a warranty that they hope their product will reach.
Meanwhile you end up sending in parts for warranty exchange so often you get tired of the work of removing and installing so you move on to another...
Yes! Tires are very expensive in that range but the wheels, gearing, axles, and steering components needed to truly run them are expensive too.
I do like the look of 37s for sure. But It would basically be a mall crawl move for me to go to 37s as I don’t do any trails requiring them. I could...
I agree that buying a JT or JL is not for fuel efficiency. Lol
…. But those Smiles per gallon sure are addicting. I can honestly say I enjoy driving my Jeep more than I certainly thought I would.
Yes,
Thank you
I wouldn’t go to 37’s and larger without spending a bunch on strengthening my steering and drive train.
I was just really thinking how much (with proper gearing) the engine gets loaded down with 37’s and larger. I guess it mainly just hits the mileage?
