I've bought two vehicles back after being totaled. One 20 years ago and one about 11 or 12 years ago. Both were purchased back for 10%-20% of the payout. This is part of the negociation BEFORE you accept the final amount. Both times I then sold the totaled vehicles for double what I paid for...
I've had pedal commanders on both my last two cars and they worked well, but.....I went ahead and tried this $40 one off amazon for my 22 JTRD and it works just fine. Saved more than a few bucks.

He did my F250 15 years ago, my suburban 10 years ago and several of my friends since and he's been doing it for decades. I think he did 5 just this Sat. It's impressive.

I had them regear my JTRD today. About $400 less then Rebel and I was in and out in 75 mins!!!! That's like Nascar pit stop fast. It could NOT be any faster AND they work on Saturdays. I could not be more impressed.
They work out of a shop off 6th 1n Corona.
Today I went and got my JTRD regeared to 4.56.
What a improvement.
These guys are GOOD. Anyone in OC or Inland Empire, you'd be foolish not to use them. Best price and they were DONE in 75 mins. Faster than a Nascar crew. lol

Is it necessary to go in and change the gear ratio in the computer (taser) so that the trip computer remains (somewhat) accurate? Or is it just as long as the MPH is accurate the trip computer is accurate.
