Just removed the rock rails from my 2020 Gladiator Rubicon. Hip and knee replacement required a step/slider combo! So, I'm in NJ and would prefer not to ship. Happy to arrange pickup. No damage on these, only offroading for this truck has been on dirt. No pics yet but all mounting hardware...
You're generally looking at $35K minimum and very much more for higher hp configurations. This came highly recommended to me and I'm seriously considering it for my '20 JTR. 425hp and 365 ft lbs torque. Less than $7500...
Well, I clicked the link and in the right margin you can select all things to get to your model JT and you can see if it fits. It apparently does not fit my RUBI.
It's only going to help a little, but I see you're taking the additional items but for some of those items, you're removing stock items that have weight too. Maybe that front bumper/winch combo only adds net 70-80 lbs (just making up a number here) but you get the idea. Every pound counts!
Thanks for the reply but I'm doing this as a pkg deal. I don't want to have to make two sales and have someone break down the wheels/tires. Thanks for the interest.
I live in NJ and am selling the Rubicon LE Wheels (w/factory TPMS) and 33" Falken Wildpeak tires (40K miles, ~80% highway) from my 2020 Rubicon LE - including the spare. If in NJ (I don't want to ship if I don't have to) and want a set, shoot me a message or reply here. I'm thinking $600 all-in.
If you go to the AMW website you will see what they offer with the hemi-swap packages. It is pretty much everything. Trans, radiator, you name it. On their site they seem to offer 6.4l and higher but if you call them, they do the 5.7l for ~$30K the last time I checked. Good luck. Seriously...
A torque wrench, some quality synth oil, an oil filter, and about 30 mins of my time every 7500 miles is worth the peace of mind and keeping it out of the dealer's hands.
Not defending the engine at all. I'm going with an aftermarket 392 in mine when the budget allows. BUT - that YouTuber that got stranded does a lot of DIY work on his motor so not so sure he might have brought it on himself. I have ~22K and so far, so good.
