Love that Sarge green! When I bought mine last year it wasn’t available so I chose black. ALMOST went ahead and just wrapped it w Sarge green! Lights look great!
Well that’s frustrating! @blazenoz I’m sorry to hear that. Hopefully with the correct tweaks you will be happier with the finished product. Please let me know what you learn. I’d rather learn from your mistakes!!!
Good info! Yeah I’m surprised about the zip ties!
Have seen black foam sheets with peal and stick adhesive on one side. I bet that would help the rattle. Keep me posted please.
Thanks @blazenoz !!
I installed a compressor under the drivers seat and am very happy with it. However I would like to add a 3-4 gallon air tank. Have any of you guys already installed one on your diesel JT? Where did you mount it and what tank did you use?

Hey guys need some help here. I reached out to Clayton but I think their tech guy may be on vacation right now.
I installed this system coupled with the Falcon SP2 3.3 shocks recommended to me by Clayton and the on road driving response has been FANTASTIC.
However, if I roll the front end off...
I really like the looks of this bar but I want to know how noisy it is driving down the road in the wind. My brother has a led bar on his JL and it whistles like crazy. I’d be willing to wreck his rig just to make the sound stop!! Thanks!!
As long as the finish doesn’t flake when you bend it, that should work perfectly. If the tail end (the side you will bend) is too long, mark where you will drill your holes and then where the top of the seat frame is and just cut it flush with the top of the seat frame.
The other thing is...
Have you made any progress with this idea on the Viair compressor and tank locations? I was under my diesel this morning and there is a large side to side location just forward of the rear axle and driver side of the driveshaft.

Until Tuffy comes out with a product here is my solution.

Until Tuffy puts something in production, here is my contribution for what it’s worth.

I really appreciate the fact that Jeep made a way for the back of the rear seats to lock but there is VERY little space back there to put anything significant.
The basic storage bin under the seat is adequate for me size wise except the seat bottoms don’t lock in the down position. REALLY...
