Just a quick question about the install and which stabilizer. So I am planning on replacing my stabilizer. 21 Willys Sport with Rubicon springs and shocks (soon to be replaced with Bilsteins) and 1.5" spacer in front. RUnning stock Rubicon wheels and 285/70/17 tires. Likely wont go any...
I keep my hitch in all the time. Not so I look cool or tough. It is so the idiots in parking lots and tail gaiting me (especially stopping at a traffic light) get what they deserve for not paying attention and tapping me. I have a very heavy duty hitch that my father in law welded for me...
Looking for 1 or 2 stock Falken Wildpeakes in 285/70/17. Maybe someone went larger and has their old spare sitting around. I had a bolt in one of my tires and it started leaking so I put 2 used spares on and now the other 2 tires have worn out. Now trying to find 2 more like the ones I put on...
2021 Willys. Not a whole lot done but serves my purposes and trail riding just fine for now. Paying 2 kids college tuitions limits the cash I am able to spend upgrading at this point. Only changes in the very near future will be new tires and a bit more lift. Then in 2 years when both kids...
I have the rock rails that came on my 21 Willys. They are the same ones from a Rubicon. Perfect condition. No hardware. I replaced them not long after purchasing the vehicle and time to get them out of my building. Free to whoever wants to pick them up.
Full Rubicon diesel suspension...
Happens to me at least once or twice every winter. Has happened on every pickup truck I have ever owned in my life. I have also had the doors freeze up. Doors were an easy fix. Remote start and within a few minutes it heats up enough for them to thaw enough to open.
Not a diesel, but I just rotated my tires with 75K on my Willys. I have had front and rear pads under my back seat so I am ready to change when needed. At 75K miles, my original from new pads arent even half worn. I am amazed at the stock pads and will likely just buy those and use them...
If you just want it for looks, honestly a spacer lift will save a lot of cash and you can use the extra and just upgrade shocks, control arms, sway bars, and new larger tires or maybe some rims. Again I only have spacers and I do off road mine and it does perfectly fine. But it also drives...
If I didn't already have these, I would be making the drive from Virginia for them. Definitely helps protect the sides better in parking lots. Also keeps my wife off my back. She wanted running boards to get in and we compromised on these. I paid $100 for my set and have been offered $500...
First 2 pics are with completely stock suspension and tires. Last one is with the Rubicon suspension, front and rear spacers, and larger Rubicon tires. Doesn't look like it went up no less than about 2" all around, but parked next to a stock Rubicon it clearly sits taller.
The driveway slopes...
I have a 21 Willys Sport. I had big plans for some kind of lift. I got a heck of a deal on a 500 mile or so Rubicon suspension. So I put that on with a 1.5" spacer up front and a 3/4" spacer on the rear. Overall I got about 2.75" in the front and close to 2" in the rear. Was planning on a...
Work from home every day but here is mine waiting in the driveway for a weekend of going to JMU to visit our son for some football and trails within 30 minutes of his campus. Love being just over a hour from all 3 of those things. Also attached a couple more where the old girl makes me happy...
