*Update* My vehicle has been at the dealer for a week. Dropped off on (8/24). They were changing the pitman arm also. Not sure why a 1.9 hour job according to the TSB would take all week. Frustrated to say the least. @JeepCares is involved.

I took mine in for the same issue and the dealer changed out a part under warranty. I believe it was a sensor. Sorry I don’t have my RO handy to confirm the part replacement. Good luck.

10k. I swapped left to right and front to rear at different times.

Dealer isn’t doing the alignment. Tires Plus did. They have checked it 3 times. I also took to an independent shop. Nothing has corrected it.

Alignment is correct. How can I get them to change caster beyond what is in spec?

Yes, but there’s no way a pull to the right that is more like a lane change rather than a slight drift is normal or acceptable!

This pull is more dramatic than a slight drift. It’s not exaggerated when applying the brakes. It pulls the same on single lane roads, multi-lane city streets and on the hwy.
