  1. New 2024 grill insert experiment

I appreciate your input, but I LIKE the look of the new grill better. Wow, I just noticed Shrimphappens post, $750+ is rediculous....I'll wait for a trade opportunity for sure
  2. New 2024 grill insert experiment

awesome! What was the cost for the new grill?
  3. Hmm, this is an interesting solution. No More Dry Starts

I watched that video last night on Youtube! Thought it was interesting.
  4. New 2024 grill insert experiment

Thank you for attempting to figure out the new vs old grill debate! On my Mojave, I have a bull bar and my winch on my front bumper - which both are blocking some of the airflow to my radiator, so now I'm THINKING since the new grill is smaller in height (the airflow area to radiator is higher...
  5. Mojave 4xe look

I like it, subtle but cool
  6. Onboard air compressor options

Out here in Las Vegas with 112 heat, ANY onboard air mounted in the engine compartment works 50% of the time. They simply get too hot from the engine, have to turn off truck and let cool down for a while until they work, even the ARB's
  7. Magnuson Supercharger Issues.... not

Im not a mechanic, but I'd go to Magnuson or one of their dealers to get the correct info. Good luck!
  8. Exhaust

I would get your truck on a lift and check the exhaust and underbody to figure out the problem.
  9. I'm Skeptical of These New Grille Cooling Claims

How do you like your RIPP supercharger? good and bad?
  10. I'm Skeptical of These New Grille Cooling Claims

At the very least with the new grill, my winch wires would have some more room like you said, that would be nice. Not sure why they havent figured out a way to just hide the wires better? The DO rub against my grill, but no damage.
  11. Viair 400P gets hot

I was just on a Jeep group run last weekend. One guy had an ARB mounted in the engine bay on the driver side firewall. It gets so hot it works 50% of the time. I was going to do the same then decided against it after talking to him. I live in Las Vegas, so its HOT out here, like 112 lately.
  12. I'm Skeptical of These New Grille Cooling Claims

You make some good points. I DO have a winch and bull bar that could affect the airflow as you mentioned. I live in Las Vegas, have a Mojave and when it's like 112 (this is recent temps outside) I've been seeing around 195- 201 degrees coolant temp. No issues so far with overheating. The new...
  13. Magnuson Supercharger Issues.... not

I think that's pretty good considering your tires and gear ratio!
  14. Building 3.6 with forged internals

GREAT post and info here! I'm curious if you don't mind what's the expense to "build" your 3.6L motor for the supercharger? I've also been considering a Magneson supercharger for my 23 JT, but don't mind spending a little extra cash to extend longevity.
  15. Mojave dash

I just got an email on this....looks pretty cool. Not sure I'd make the change, but ultimately depends on the extra cost to have installed. Anyone have an experience with this product? 16. MOJAVE Edition Gladiator JT Club

Good to go! Thanks for your service! Nice Jeep!
  17. Opinions on actual labor vs. charged labor for a service at a shop.

I didn't say "unreliable" pricing, YOU did. Let's not just add in random words into the conversation. My problem is how much dealerships charge for everything. I also do NOT like the "book rate" method because I know their #1 goal is to do the work in less time, but still charge the time amount...
  18. Opinions on actual labor vs. charged labor for a service at a shop.

EXACTLY- Im talking about dealerships! I can try to control as much as I can so there's NO problem later about confusion. Just works better for me.
