  5. Need some assistance on which year to buy

My 2 centavos 2023 or newer only because Jeep made an attempt to address hinge corrosion by placing zinc shims underneath the hinges. Seems to be working compared to my 2020 wrangler which Jeep bought back in 2022 for excessive corrosion.
  6. Are Vented Hoods a Good Idea?

I had a 2013AEV rubicon with the heat reduction hood and noticed a 25 degree temp difference compared to my buddies stock rubicon. Which worked well in the Florida heat.
  7. Brand new 2023 gladiator, how can I prevent hinge corrosion?

The zinc shim helps I rinse mine after each beach use. I have. Sacrificial zincs on my boat too.
  8. Don't pamper it like I used to...... Do You?

I’m on the beach surf fishing 4 to 5 times a week. part of my routine is to rinse it after each use. No corrosion or rust so far. Waiting for the tide to come In. Even jeeps get stuck. She had to use 4 flipper high to get off the beach after dumping the kids off
  9. No Ducks For Me(Beware, rant/negative duck comments)

There’s a duck explosion on the beach they’re unavoidable. I don’t mind so much, my 3 y/o granddaughter loves to play with them in the pool. I prefer my Filipina hula girl who reminds me of Subic Bay. Oh so many years ago……… Doc.

  15. Is Jeep tracking my mileage and everything through U-Connect?

As a Risk Manager, dash cams/gps has saved our butts many more times than bit them. I have one in my Mojave and it has been useful in tracking pods of mermaids cruising the beach.
  16. Show me your DUCKS !

I’ll stick with my Filipino hula girl. She kind of reminds me of Subic bay. Doc
  17. What's the competition got the Gladiator doesn't?

I’ve always had jeeps ranging from CJ-5 (you can fix anything with a half inch or 9/16) to a Mojave. So I can’t say the one Jeep I’d like to have back is my 1978 Cherokee chief 401.
  18. Just about to purchase; and first test drive notes.

I’m surf fishing 3-4 times a week and the Mojave is so much easier hauling the surf cart and rods (Not to mention grandkids) than my former wrangler. Just remember to carry your emergency rod/reel with you for all those wonderful lakes up there.
  19. Gladiator Every Day Carry/Load out (tools, misc. and storage)

What he said above, I would add a dose of common sense. Which was certainly lacking on the beach today.
  20. Tuscadero color available on Jeep Gladiator for the first time

Maybe you can reference the color as magenta like on a sectional class c airspace to butch it up a bit.
