Had the same thing happen this past winter. Thankfully I have a roll up bed cover and was able to pry up the side and get my arm into the bed to get the keys.
Have the aev lift on mine along with the geometry correction brackets and has been good so far. Their sway bar links are junk so I'd recommend getting a better set. Mine has ridden exactly like it did from factory. That being said I do plan on going with a taller full spring lift and 37s when...
No experience with their taillights but i did buy the oculus bi led headlights. Wish I'd have just spent the money and went with oem. They randomly have a bright flash like they get a power surge and they have a weird cutoff. High beams are a joke. The diode dynamics fog lights I bought on the...
Yep. Sounded like an old bed spring everytime id go over a dip or bump in the road that squatted the front end. Thought at first the ball joimts were going out.
I actually haven't ordered any yet since the noise quit after i tightened up the ones from aev. I figured I'd squeeze all the life i could from them and then order a set.
Exact same problem, exact same scenario. I'd look at core 4x4 links. If I remember correctly the cheaper ones were about 100 dollars and greasable. Looked beefy.
So is the rough idle on cold start indicative of cam issues? My 23 Mojave has 8000 miles and no tick whatsoever but it does seem to idle rough once it sits and it's started cold. I'd love to nip a problem before it comes up but also leary about having a dealer fool with it if nothing is broken...
Last winter I had an aev 2inch lift installed on my Mojave and so far have loved it. Recently I noticed a metal on metal sound coming from the front end when I'd pull out of the driveway and occasionally over rr tracks and such. Had time yesterday to crawl around under the truck while my son...
I prefer the soft covers too. The only caveat I've found is to make sure they have reinforcements that are slightly bowed to keep water from collecting and freezing on top. My gladiator has that now but I had one on my Tundra before that was flat and when we'd get freezing rain and my truck sat...
I used the diode dynamics led fog lights in mine. Reused the factory wiring harness out of the plastic bumper. They came with new pigtails that match right up and mounted into my aftermarket steel bumper no problem. I'd definitely recommend them. Almost bright enough on their own to use in place...
On that plastic bumper if I remember correctly, it's one piece and would have to be cut to fit. If you're looking for much better lighting over the stock I recommend the diode dynamics fog lights. I went with the yellow leds and they're bright enough on their own to use without headlights...
Had the same thing on mine. Fixed it with the vacuum hose and no problems since. Some things I'd rather take care of myself because the dealer fucks up more than they fix more times than not, in my past experience.
