  1. Best affordable front stubby bumper that wont rust?

What is your definition of affordable? That varies wildly person to person..
  2. Undercarriage protection for Mojave

Depends on what you are doing. If you are running trails in Moab it's probably a good idea, but if you are just doing service roads and light wheeling you probably don't need to bother.
  3. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

I forgot to add the one downside to this setup is that the Gladiator puts out some really good heat and I noticed one day that the phone was starting to sag, so I tightend it up, but then it started sagging again and I took a closer look and realized that the heat from the vent was enough to...
  4. Max Tow Package. Not the value you would think?

The Mojave is the model with a different steering wheel...
  5. Your battery voltage - truck off and at rest

Interesting. So it's only charging above 15? It seems strange because the battery says to not charge it over 14.4, but maybe the dash readout is not really the best way to verify that... Was that the dealer you brought it to? When I brought mine in they told me the only way to get it...
  6. Your battery voltage - truck off and at rest

I just got home from a work trip so my truck has been sitting since the last measurement I took, which I think was 12.29 volts . Just For kicks I measured it just now at 12.18 volts. As I drive now it is charging at 14.9 Volts
  7. High Altitude and Offroading

Assuming you have the stock tires, I'd be more concerned about the weak, thin sidewalls. If I were you I'd look for a set of factory Rubicon takeoffs (wheels and tires). The factory Falken AT tires should be much more durable for some trail riding, especially if you want to air down a bit.
  8. Programmer and ESS/Battery issues.

I had battery issues, not really ess issues long before I installed my Tazer. I originally had a smart stop start eliminator (basically since October when I first got the truck) , but all that does is basically tell the ecm you hit the button to turn it off. Either way, I've had both...
  9. Your battery voltage - truck off and at rest

Yeah, with voltages that low that battery is done. When my main battery died I measured around 5v disconnected from the truck. The jump pack wouldn't even recognize that it was connected. I had to get a manual charger and force it around 17 volts for a bit to get it to start charging. I...

Yeah, that is true.. Well I'll figure something out!
  11. Your battery voltage - truck off and at rest

Reading this table is kind of worrying to me. I've been traveling for work since 2000 and I am nearly constantly gone. I think my average annual mileage for the last 10 years has been about 5k/yr. I've been leasing a new car every couple of years (until this jeep) since 2010 and I've never had...
  12. Your battery voltage - truck off and at rest

Well, I just went out and checked mine and it is at 12.29v (on a Fluke 179). I have 21 Mojave. It's been sitting about 28 hours after a 30 minute round trip yesterday. I think it was January when I was away on a week long work trip and when I got back it was dead.. The dealer replaced the...
  13. ? ? Threedom Fob Scrapbook - Show us your "Threedom" Fob!

I've been really pleased with mine.. I like to have a pretty minimal setup, but a flashlight is always useful to have. At some point I'll probably get the m+ so I can carry the smallest possible fob for times when I don't need the key (like when I don't have doors on)
  14. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

I got these grab handles for Christmas and while I really like them, the aluminum is really cold in the winter and as slim as they are, not the most comfortable (nitpick), so I got some orange reflective 550 and did some arts and crafts... Don't look to close. but overall I'm pretty happy...

It's not cheap, but if you want a mount that doesn't obstruct your view over the radio and just doesn't budge, I highly recommend CMM's mount: https://cmmoffroad.com/collections/j-t-gladiator/products/jt-gladiator-a-pillar-1-ball-mount-solution I also use a Proclip cradle which I have moved...

    Thanks, definitely an interesting design.
  17. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Started my rear seat delete! I'm ultimately (probably) only doing a 60% delete, but I decided to pull both seats out so I could pull off the back wall plastic.. Not sure if that was a mistake yet, pretty much wrecked it pulling it off... Those clips are brutal... My plan is to make a flat...
