Gupton doesn't charge you sales tax if you're out of state. You need to look up the rules for your state, but for MS, it was 5% sales tax on a new vehicle, added to my tag cost when I bought my tag. I had to show the Bill of Sale to the DMV, it was pretty straight forward.
I totally agree about the dealership stickers, I hate those things. It seems lots of people like them though cause they are everywhere.
But why the hate for tire shine? It doesn't last long, adds some easy bling.
There's a place behind the carpet next to the gas pedal that has a lot of dead space. I tucked the PC in there and extra wire in the hole, no problem. I use BT exclusively. Didn't mount anything.

If your new wheel is larger width than the stock, like going to 8" or 8.5" from a 7.5" stock, it won't stick that far out.
