I was worried about clearance to the Mojave skid plate but it was a perfect fit, no grinding or modification needed, not sure about the Rubi one. They had a 10% sale a few weeks ago when I got mine. I said most, not all of your criteria:) Little pricey but very solid and well built.

Also, pull up the rebate form that has to be mailed in off the website and check everything that has to be sent in. I almost threw away the box before I realized you need the UPC sticker off the box for the rebate! Duh.

Should be no reason you can't install in the cold. Nothing chemical related such as adhesive tape or the like. All mechanical bolt-on. Although you may be cursing those z-hooks with your cold hands.

Pretty awesome seeing all the pictures on pick-up day. Gupton knows your coming and has it in the same spot, backed up for effect when you drive up. Same spot above is where mine was and all the other pictures I've seen have been also. It was a pretty cool feeling driving in to to the lot...
