I can attest Gupton is 100% legit and I'm sure scores of others on here can too. I'm sure your case is an outlier and not representative of their customer service. Be patient and I'm sure they'll make everything right. Tons of posts on here talk about the number of jeeps on their lot, all my...
Patience and a butter knife. Once you get the process down and figure out how to do it on one side, the other side goes pretty easy. But I did snap off a few clips along the way, no way around that I think.
Stomping on the pedal won't remove the delay in throttle response. I installed mine, tucked it behind the carpet by the center console, and forgot it's there. I set it somewhere in the mid-range that has a good feel, and have had zero issues.
Your jeep, your way, only a recommendation.
Get a pedal commander, your slow acceleration problem will be solved. I noticed the same thing and it made a big difference.

Interesting reads that detail R1T's off-roading capability....Personally I don't care for the uni-body design, but I think Rivian will be huge in a few years....

Looks good! It does seem like something's missing, and I would guess it's a skid plate. Hard to tell what you have there, the hood says Mojave but the tires say Overland? If Mojave, the factory skid plate should bolt back up as is. Any other model, I'm not sure....Need some tow hooks and...
10/24/20, we missed each other by 2 hours! Such a good day. 12K miles later, no issues and still loving it. If I won the lottery I wouldn't buy a new car, I've got my dream ride!
It's awesome reading the Gupton thread and reliving that day over and over.
Speaking of, I remember earlier this year when you went off the grid for about 2 months and the whole forum was pretty worried about you. I believe there was a lot of sleuthing to make sure you were ok. Since you're a frequent poster, and generally have informative and interesting things to...
Must be the angle of the picture, there's about 10mm clearance at the end where it looks like it's touching. Closest touch point is 3mm at the center, but seems like plenty.
Factory skid plate, bolts up fine with clearance to bumper. I was looking at their skid plate also but didn't specify if it fit Mojave's unique skid plate.
I think it took about 2 weeks. Looking back I ordered on 2/13 and had pictures of it installed on 3/5. I haven't purchased anything else from them yet...
If you go to the Immortal F1 product page on their website, they have a very good install video on the video tab. Not on the F2 page...
