  1. Sports Bars - Post 'Em

Not permanent. The cross bars remove and install really quick with two bolts. My cross bars are removed when not in use. Also. I was able to install the rough country truck bed mole panel kit, front and both sides, underneath the sport rack mounts Without any issues. Its. Perfect combination...
  2. Sports Bars - Post 'Em

    lol. I can see that……..
  3. Sports Bars - Post 'Em

Oh no….. I still have full access to the entire bed When a roof rack is installed. 20 gallons of gas in 5 gallon Jerry cans, coolers, recovery equipment , etc. or you can add bicycle racks, paddle board racks, etc…… and still have access. To the bed underneath…..
  4. Sports Bars - Post 'Em

I have the Rocky Ridge JT sport rack. I like how I can put a big ole roof top rack on the cross bars. Really increases my bed storage/carry options. Fits my dry camping gear perfectly leaving the bed untouched for other things. Also a good mounting solution for CB/GRMS antenna and lights. Both...

  6. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Bought a set of saddle blanket seat covers for both the front and rear seats from covers and camo like a year and a half ago and finally got around to installing them. lol. The wife really likes them and wondered why it took so long… lol.
  7. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Changed the engine oil and then got a lift installed. FINALLY…… Went with the MOPAR factory 2.0" lift with the Bilstein reservoir shocks. Then added Yeti XD pro adjustable front and rear track bars and a Fox 2.0 ATS steering stabilizer. Not going to put 35 inch tires on. Sticking with 33’s. The...
  8. Is it possible to wire this harness to one of the AUX switches?

You can delete the provided relay and switch if using the factory aux switches for your lights. The factory switches incorporate everything already. Cut off the relay. Then just tap the positive into the factory splice point in the existing Jeep harness and attach the ground to an existing point...
  9. Transmission fluid or not!

Not at all. The service is insured and gives a warrantee. Just like the dealership. They do the exact thing the dealership does, but you don’t have to schedule out two weeks and it’s not going to cost you 500-600 bucks. I’m not talking about a local mom and pop. Unless you really trust them. But...
  10. Transmission fluid or not!

JMHO……. Just make it easy on yourself. For normal driving, go and have the local valvoline quick oil change place do your transmission fluid flush and filter change in about 20 minutes while you sit in your jeep and jam to some Conway Twitty… Do this every 40-50k miles. It’ll be the best 350...
  11. Portable air compressor

I use the VIAIR compressor. Only one tire at a time, but. It’s quick.
  12. Trying to replace my Gorilla Glass on my 20204 Gladiator using Safelite. They are saying it is on back order for 2 months now

First time mine was replace 1-1/2 years ago and safelite had the gorilla glass. Just had it replaced by safelite in the beginning of the month and the only immediate option was normal aftermarket Windshield. Maybe by next time they’ll have the gorilla glass again. but since my insurance gives me...
  13. Overhead Molle Panel

I’ve had the JCR overhead for a few years now and had no issues. It’s just enough for storage and radio mounting. An easy removable Midland GMRS a couple of small usb rechargeable steamlights , seat belt cutters, folding knife, and sunglasses holders fit nicely. And I can stick some maps and a...
  14. Rough Country Bed Molle Panel (Cab) Question

I’ve installed the kit in mine. I believe they give you a nut and washer if the back wall doesn’t have a threaded insert. The bed in mine didn’t have any threaded inserts installed, as some apparently do. So I went ahead and installed rivnuts with good RTV on the faying surfaces. got a...
  15. Air Deflector help, please.

Agree with wildtoad. Maybe a larger washer to increase the bearing surface. I’ve had the bushwaker one on my hood for a few years now with no issues.
  16. Worst Trends?

Angry face grills……….. not a fan.
  17. Body Armor 4x4 molle panels

I do not have this brand, but I have the Molle panel set from, I think, rough country…. I have the sport bar for the bed also. I think it’s rocky ridge?……. I forget which is which…. lol. Anyway, it was a good purchase for me because I can tie up multiple gas cans and recovery equipment and...
  18. Tried a Fluid Extractor to change the oil in my Glad. Jury is still out.

The Valvonline quick change oil and jeep dealer do the same when they change oil. They use on oil extractor. But does it really do any better than just pulling the drain plug? It just made it so I had to, eventually, replace the plug when It seized itself in the pan and I stripped off the...
  19. 285/75/17s installed

Have the stock height max tow. Absolutely no clearance issues. However………….. My tires do stick out a tad past the fender wells and the paint on the rear fenders do show wear from everything on the road getting kicked up.
