I haven't had an issue with remote start on my JTR, I'm in Canada and it has been cold.. Now my JKU would give a error message/code on the dash if I got the single horn honk and the remote start did not work. If the jeep was low in gas it would remote start and then shutoff right away, again...

I haven't seen the new TSB myself either, but read about it including the alignment. When I was at the dealer he all but confirmed it had been updated. When I asked for a copy.... Sorry, I can't give it out. but I'm sure you can find it in the same place as the first one.. LOL.. Cheers!

They are bright, but angled down. Gives you a great view of what you may have to dodge getting in. I had passengers comment how bright the light is and how much they like the illumination... Cheers!

I have the exact same setup and it sticks out just enough you can still use it with the tailgate down. If you have a hitch it tucks up further than the hitch. Cheers!

Dave, In Canada the procedure is not even consistent. I was in for a oil change and had a copy of the TSB. The service advisor looked at the TSB and found a newer version online. He printed the update and went directly to the service manager. A few minutes later he came out and said no problem...

My TJ Sahara interior was all saddle brown. Really wanted the leather saddle in my JTR and was lucky there was one on the lot. Really wished the rest of the interior was saddle brown but not an option. Cheers!

I also have the M.O.R.E Hide-a-Steps and found if you use your heel on the step it's easier to get in then using the ball (front part) of you foot. I'm 6'2 so my height may make a difference as well. Cheers!
