Edit: I see you do not have FAD. You are going to have to get your front pinion and front T-case output where their u-joints balance each other out. With 6 degrees caster and that much lift your pinion is...

I finally learned to skip the baby steps and go straight to the final build. It is cheaper and less labor intensive. There is no 12-step program. Best of luck to you sir!

I've got Metalcloak skids with the trap door for filter changes. If I can't raise the filter mount high enough I'm gonna get creative with the mig welder.
