I am looking at expanding from my 5x8 enclosed trailer to a larger tandem axle trailer. I'm looking at anything from a 6x12 to 7x16.
I know the trailer is rated to 7k lbs, but I won't be loading that much weight in it; probably won't weight anymore than 4500-5000lbs total.
Here is my input on Lease vs Buy....
Lease is good if you plan on changing out vehicles every 2-3 years and drive low miles. When modifying, you have to think about converting the truck back to stock when you turn it in.
Buy is good if you plan on keeping the truck long term and don't care...
I am wanting to have some LED strip lights out of the bed and I'd like to run them off an independent (small) battery that is charged by Solar.
Anyone have a set-up they want to share?
I don't want to run this off the main battery because I plan on parking the truck for a couple days while...
I wouldn't use the light bar as a Fog light. Look at their SS3 SAE Fogs as a replacement.
I was going to run the "combo" bar with my High beams on the open roads.
Access and many other have difference tonneau covers between the "non-trail rails" and "trail rails" equipped Gladiators.
Access part numbers: (first number is the series indicator)
withOUT rails are #7019
WITH rails are #7029
I don't see a benefit of the 4xe. In hybrid mode, it is getting worse MPG than the normal 2.0T engine would get.
All the 4xe owners are reporting 18-20 mph in Hybrid mode.
