  1. Rugged Ridge Arcus

My Sport S had the factory "Premium" plastic bumper with fog lights. Upgraded to Oracle LED fogs without a problem. Then moved them over to the Arcus bumper again without a problem. One point to note...removing the wiring harness from the plastic bumper is a royal P.I.T.A. all the damn plastic...
  2. Willys Jeep cluster background image

Yep, you're correct. I guess I never noticed that it was only on the one page. Thanks.
  3. Willys Jeep cluster background image

Trying to figure out where the option to have the Willys Jeep background image on the cluster display went. I had option selected but changed both batteries and now it's gone. Can't figure out how I got it in the first place. Picture is from earlier this year that shows what I am talking about.
  4. ESS Dual Battery System Operation

Update: Decided to replace/upgrade the OEM batteries. Went with DieHard Platinum for both the main and aux batteries. Drove a little bit after installing and could see the IBS "learning" the new system. I'll give it a week or so before declaring the "problem" fixed. I'm going to load test the...
  5. ESS Dual Battery System Operation

Good information. I assume the longer "flatter" portions are when it is not being driven and showing normal voltage drop. Side note: notice you are driving an altitude edition by are in FL.....just thought that was funny.
  6. ESS Dual Battery System Operation

I'm trying to avoid the dealer troubleshooting (not a lot of faith). I will get my own load tester and do it myself before taking it to dealer.
  7. ESS Dual Battery System Operation

I've been having the "Not Ready, Battery Charging" message off and on for several months now. I have been trying to self diagnose the problem based on information on this forum and others. Most of my driving is short commutes of 10-15 minutes or less. Rarely drive more than an hour at a time...
  8. Leaking axle seal?

Just had my axle finally replaced today. Dealer diagnosed leak and ordered replacement 9/9/21. I have been driving it during the wait. I'll be keeping an eye on it. 9750 miles on odometer at time of repair.
  9. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

New Fishbone Mako rear bumper to replace the bent factory (mostly) plastic bumper.
  10. 35x11.5r17 on my JT Rubicon

Thanks, I have been looking at the Kenda Klever in 10.5 but 11.5 would be perfect.
  11. 35x11.5r17 on my JT Rubicon

What are those? Looking for the same type of thing.
  12. Leaking axle seal?

Mines still not fixed and I'm going to Jamboree anyway.
  13. Leaking axle seal?

    Yes, I agree.
  14. Leaking axle seal?

Yeah, I had to rotate the pic too.
  15. Leaking axle seal?

This is where the date that should be close to MDH date is. Not sure what the 8 digits to the left are for, but the 0346 would be 2020 Dec 12
  16. Leaking axle seal?

That's probably the date the differential was assembled. It would then be shipped to axle assembly plant. So transit times, etc
  17. Leaking axle seal?

    That's right.
  18. Leaking axle seal?

    That's right.
  19. Leaking axle seal?

The axle assembly date may not always match the truck build date. But Dec 20 would be 354. Julian date is simply the day (count) of the year.
  20. Leaking axle seal?

I have to disagree. The date stamped on my diff cover is 323-0 which is Nov 19 of 20. This lines up with the axle assembly date 0346 which would be Dec 12 20, the same day as the MDH date on door jam. I work in automotive and am very familiar with these types of date codes.
