Channeling my inner Hootbro for this kinda post
So long [ā¦ā¦] (probably canāt say the rest of this movie line lol)
In all seriousness, good luck with the new ride OP
Lol, nothing there that interests me I suppose. I should be driving through it this winter on my way to the Outer Banks though. Same for Virginia.
Oddly enough, I could end up living in Delaware in 2025+ if my wife gets placed there for her job (Psychologist). I hope not though. Iād prefer to...
22 U.S. states (1 Canadian Province - Quebec)
Edit: Forgot that I went to Maine last summer. Great state. I donāt think Iāll get out west for quite some time. Iāll likely try to get to the far east Canadian Provinces while I live up here in New England.
Iām averaging 14 mpg around town. 18 mpg on highway trips @ 70-75 mph.
My wife was pushing a healthy 20 mpg when she was commuting to Boston in my truck.
ā21 Max Tow w/ 35s and 52k miles on the odometer. Anyways, Iām happy with it.
Yup same speaker in mine too. However, it was a pretty solid improvement adding them to the sound bar as well.
Now it doesnāt sound overly loud up front. I guess I couldāve just adjusted the fader to rear but Iāll roll with this setup.
I donāt need the truck to sound like it has a Harman...
I thought this too when I initially saw Crutchfield.com recommending them for the sound bar. But people on the forum have done the same install with positive results. I think replacing the ones in the dash make the biggest difference though and adding them to the sound bar is much less...
Installed these in the front dash and they cleared up the audio so well. Shouldāve done this 3 years ago lol
Putting a second set in the sound bar too this weekend.
I would be worried about messing up the water seals and/or drainage pattern. I donāt even want to think about the potential cost of fixing electrical shit up there. A little water under the rear bench costed me $1,900 last month smh (other causes though)
I see way too many people complaining about KO2s on this forum to ever buy them.
In comparison, tires I never see people complain about and only praise:
General Grabber AT
Mickey Thompsons (all tires)
Falken Wildpeak AT3W (now AT4W I think)
I doubt KO2s are bad, but Iām also not gonna find...
Awesome pics. Those ones from the friend in Maine - WHOA, I mean thatās something else man.
I hope itās not overcast again tonight and the auroras are still around.
Lol this thread gave me flashbacks when I embarrassed myself in an old manual square-body F250.
I had no idea what I was doing and got the truck and trailer stuck in mud in front of like 40 people near an oil well pad. ??āāļø
As others have stated, donāt tow until you have it fixed. I had the same issue 3 weeks or so before my cross country move which included towing through WV, PA, etc.
You donāt wanna lose control of the steering wheel going down a WV mountain with thousands of pounds behind youā¦.neither does...
I say this with 100% sincerity - there isnāt a single other vehicle on the market that is worth replacing my Jeep. They all suck or blend in with one another
The day I get rid of my Jeep is the day I decide to not own a vehicle. Iād just rent for road trips and use my wifeās shit box for...
I swear mine ticks but I keep forgetting to have it checked when i get the oil changes. I can now hear it with the hood closed, standing next to it. I canāt imagine the techs donāt hear it inside the dealer shop area
Performance is fine but with under 10k miles til warranty runs dry, I should...
