I have a factory dual door group so i am top down half doors all summer. Its not an option and the doors are fully off when i can so its a weird option
**IF** they did offer a 5.7 I could see them beefing stuff up like larger brakes and HD springs to get a slightly higher rating edition. Chevy did this with the heavy half in the 70's(though that was to skirt emissions)
the only fee we have in NH is the registration Fee and its based off MSRP, so I guess in other states that might make sense, but I've also never traded a car in
I have this set up on the front of my suburban it is wrapped and tied to however as of right now at the battery a cable with a wing nut I take off. Funny part the circuit breaker and lead is on my tool box ... reminds me i need to get some projects done
if that was the case in New England nothing would be warrantied and esecialy in my area of NH most of the roads in my town are not paved add late winter early spring driving ... you park and it looks like you went to a Hoth / Dagobah hybrid mudbog ... with extra salt and butter on the popcorn
the closed thing to the dunes is Cape cod national seashore ... an as much as I hate to admit it Mass is officially worse then CA (I've been stationed in both) its a national park yet they have it restricted to driving straight line no speed
whats a trade in? If you have to sell you are far better off selling it out right dealer is gonna hit you hard on a trade in
But honestly If you are worried about resale value before the 4 year loan is up .. you might a well have just leased it
Personally I buy a vehicle to own it and run into...
I am yet to understand how in a state that locks up the engine bay ... and restricts everything else to save the environment you can unabashed run the dunes and rocks on public land .... yet here in NH no emissions or inspections not even a seat belt law.... yet we get one small off road park...
First thing I would do is if there isn't one add a Circuit Breaker under the Hood at the battery, Second add some Chaffing gear to that cable. it just sitting on protected on that knife edge is begging to burn the truck down!
you are still talking warm winter weather .... for only below zero nights would I consider it when I had a Diesel
NH here my Suburban has a block heater ... never used it
After a ice storm my old Super duty had the cords froze and I couldn't get it unplugged I stopped even doing it never had...
