Thanks! Yes, it’s a JCR. I like it and got it so I can remove the freedom panels and/or use the Sunrider. It is small though, but am still able to mount up a cargo box or other items up top as needed. Also able to mount a small awning on it, with is a plus. I don’t drive with the awning...
Had 3 radian RXTs across, front facing. Didn’t need to do rear-facing in this jeep, luckily. Fit but definitely difficult getting them all tight enough. Had to use the seatbelts to mount instead of the latches. Needed buckle extensions once we switched out of the 5-point harnesses for my...
What I was also thinking seeing the installed pics. Wonder if lower arm mount skids to protect the zerks would interfere with the zerk fittings as the suspension cycles?
Should be fine. Was able to fit rubicon fenders with LEDs on my 2020 Sport S without factory LEDs. Just had to use Jscan to enable. Just get some extra clips and Christmas trees to replace the ones that break when removing the sport flares. Definitely good you got the liners also, you’ll need...
Mine recently developed ticking at 51k miles. Been in the dealership for over a week. Was “collapsed rockers”, bad lifters and cam(s) according to the service rep. Unsure what exactly was replaced, but will find out tomorrow when I pick it up. Glad it happened before the powertrain warranty...
Happened to me as well. Driver side blew out and got eaten by the tire on a trip back from SF to LA. Strong head/cross winds and 80+ mph. The passenger side suffered the same fate on the next trip 2 weeks later. I ended up trimming them and leaving them. I have some AAL inner fenders, but...
I had some stainless steel bushings/sleeves machined to take up the difference when using the stock, non-Mojave front shock upper and lower bolts. I didn’t want to drill out the holes. I wish I measured them before installing them. I just gave the fabricator the Mojave shock and the stock...
Tossed in another $130 to burn.
Then swapped out the Mopar Sunrider to the freedom panels for a road trip. Trying to at least minimize wind noise and flapping/buffeting in this rolling brick on 37” MTs
That’s what they did for mine, too. But the original warranty fix was to remove and reseal, but according to the glass guy there is a 50/50 chance of them breaking when removed. Mine broke, so I got a new window assembly.
