I've got a 3rd grader who rides along in the back seat. I tell him he's the coolest 3rd grader in Rock Hill when he's in the back with no doors. He's been racking up on the Jeep waves. He gets into conversations with drivers at red lights!
At his age, I had to ride in a Ford Pinto...
As...
That is me.
If the high is over 70 degrees and no heavy rain is coming, I will be only wearing a windshield...like today.
Funny story...friends, family, and strangers alike tell me all the time that they saw me. But I never notice them.
Twice I've had the top back and the rain started. Apparently the water resistant radio gets wet and tends to not work all that well on the 8.4" screen. The first time the station wouldn't change on the touch screen until a few hours later. The second time none of the touch screen worked...
I'll add one to your list.
When you drive in a light rain with the soft top laid back and then at the red light hop out to flip it shut, it has the same effect except it sprays the entire dashboard.
The camera is not part of a Jeep, and isn't the front camera. These cameras are out in the hundred acre wood just waiting for something to walk out in front of it.
I'm actually about to send Travis an email explaining what I'm looking for. Been talking to the Internet Sales Rep for a few days. I'll let ya'll know how it goes. I would have not been aware of Tri-City if it were not for this forum. Thanks to all.
Thanks for the good advice. Can't argue any of that, except to say that I do plan to keep the Gladiator and expect it to be my last vehicle. My price point has changed since last Fall, but it will still be an extended loan. Jeeps make me grin! Well, at least the Gladiator!
I've been in the market for a few months now, but ran into the negative equity monster when I sat down to deal. An entertaining history and discussion of my journey can be found here, at our sister site...
