I don't understand the Exhaust theme - Seems most of these JT's are using straight back exhaust - which goes under rear bumper - What are these 70's camaro's ? Need it tucked up and maybe slant cut to rear infront of bumper on the sides.
So that is probably one of the cooler things to see - The Apillar light mounts look like you can choose any multiples or positions for the Light bar and pods - Not a big pod / light bar person but that is a neat piece of engineering -
Rustys OffRoad just previewed their rear bumper for the JT - So far I like it the best - coverage under the corners and wraparound well done. Build in tow points - Have to see the specs
He could have but it would require breaking the bead and removing sensor - I would think original owner would remember that - But one of the reasons to have wheels / tires checked - Those sensors are part of the value in the purchase. i.e. $25-50 per sensor
Yes this is confirmed - The spare does NOT have a TPMS sensor in it. Having just switched over wheels and tires on JT and JL neither has a sensor in the Spare.
For OP - to determine if your new wheels / TIres have sensors - you can mount them and see as the Vehicle will pick up the...
Interesting - My GF has android phone and same issue with her JL only dash USB - I have Iphone and can use either console or dash USB for Car play in the JL or the JT
Not an answer - just add on question - If I read the mopar site - seems Gorilla glass is JL/JT standard - but site seems ambiguous to me - Do we have Gorilla glass already? https://www.mopar.com/en-us/store/parts/gorilla-glass.html
On my TJ I used the Maglite clips mounted to the sides of the seat bracket - kept it close and secure and easily reachable. I agree I like the D Cell LED lights (Weight can be a value)..Now to find a place similar on the JT.
I have a flashlight mounted to the center of my Decked system -...
To have halo and lights separate - the three wires indicate 1 ground (common) and 1 power per light (Halo, driving). So to accomplish what you want (Switched) each power lead could be set up on a diff Aux switch. Or if you want Halo with Driving light - need to find source for power off one...
Funny that is one of the reasons I did choose them - Rather have them tied in there (point of strength) than just the frame or the body mounts. Both of those are / have leverage against them if you drop on it. now for me personally - JT won't really be a rock crawler. My TJ rock rails are...
So a compromise between the rubi rails and the rhino hide could be as simple as Vehicle wrap. Not the whole vehicle but to a logical body line using a solid or clear format. - Even self applied its cost effective - lasts 3-5 years and isn't difficult to replace or change.
What kinda Jeep owner would I be if I didn't know what I put on my jeep :-)
Pro Comp Alloys Series 40 Vertigo Wheel with Dark Gray (17 x 9. inches /5 x 5 inches, -6 mm Offset - no rubbing but I havent taken it to get it crossed up through a ditch etc.
Imagine if FCA tried to design a body line channel - to move rain back against the tilt of the JT/JL - it would be a funky looking eye sore. The stance of the jeep has the water run forward. Level kit or nose high would address most of it. To be honest as posted - Jeep did a great job adding...
