38s are all mounted, balanced, road tested and retorqued. Interior got a steam clean and blue dash panels removed. primed,sanded and painted the shifter panel Hydro blue to match.

4 days after getting it home, new tires were procured. I wanted MT Baja boss or Maxxis RAZR 40s but couldn”t find them available anywhere. @Discount Tire was able to find me some 38x12.5x17 Ridge grapplers and had them to me the next day! Let the fun of mounting tires on beadlocks begin!

Is anyone running these? I can't find any 40s I like so this is the next option.

Mine has 5.13 on 37s. Just wondering is that was enough for 40s. the numbers on the gear calc looked good, but was wondering if real life worked out the same.
