They are mounted & I have been running them for a couple weeks now. I really am impressed with how much improved the on road ride is. I havent had a chance to go get into the rocks yet. But that is part of why I went to an AT.
Should have mine tomorrow!!

I very seriously doubt milestar does anything.. And honestly I wouldnt expect them to.. Its not like these have been babied, they just arent holding up.

I was leaning heavily towards the Geolandar's & stepping up to a 40" tire & then the obvious solution hit me. When I did these I only did 4 tires, but I have 5 wheels. For the time being I will just buy a 5th milestar to mount on my spare wheel in beadlock & run that till I get more wear on the rest of the set. This one with the sidewall issue is still holding air just fine so it will just become the spare.

And yeah the AEV Borah's can be ran in beadlock or traditional. Would only need the new wheels if there was a rubbing issue because the Borah's are a +25mm offset as opposed to the more common 0 or negative offset. One of the things I really like about my build is that its remained pretty narrow which has allowed me through some places that other JT's & JL's just cant fit.
I would think they milestar should do something. I just went to their page, and they certainly do not say to baby them. In fact they clearly state these "dominate" and :
"DOMINATE
HARSH TERRAIN

PATAGONIA M/T
Jeep Gladiator Need new tires (again) {filename}

Designed to be at home rock crawling, exploring the desert, mud bogging, playing in the dunes, or a casual drive through mountain trails, the PATAGONIA M/T has all the attributes to overcome any terrain. The high-void tread design is engineered to provide aggressive biting edges while promoting self cleaning. Staggered, off-center tread blocks provide increased traction while enhancing on-the-road performance. The PATAGONIA M/T’s 3-ply sidewall† provides additional protection against impact damage, while stone ejectors combat stone drilling, especially useful for rock crawling and all-terrain exploration."
Sounds to me like your use was as advertised, even impact damage. I would tell them they have only been used per their specs..
