I put the duratracs on my wifes JL and they are very comfortable. There's just a slight hum to them which I don't find bothersome, especially compared to the loud Firestone MT's on my Willy. A member above mentioned the ultraterrains being really good, which is good to hear. My dad had those...
I just ordered a set of of these in 285/75/17s. I get them installed on Friday so i'll update over next weekend. I mainly got these because of the size and USAA members get 30% off right now with some good rebates. Some may say just go with 35s but this is my daily driver and I really didn't...
Not for my jeep but I did order mounted wheels and tires for a previous honda accord I had through tire rack. No issues. The only issues I've heard from previous forum posters is that the wheel weights may fall off during shipment. To me, that's not really a big deal.
I held the clips by themselves with a vice grip and started the screw. That way you don’t break the plastic they clip to. One good run through will get you going.
I just ordered 285/75/17 Goodyear Duratrac RT/LTs for installation on Friday. USAA had a 30% deal so I couldn't pass it up. They are a new tire so I'll follow up after I get them installed.

I have the oracle bi-led headlights. I like them. I've gone down the road on previous vehicles buying amazon/ebay cheapos and always regretted wasting that money. Based on everything I've read on here, go Oracle or Diode Dynamics. Morimoto Super7s are nice too.
I've been in this position a few times recently -- newcaritis as another poster mentioned. There's no way I can justify a purchase with these interest rates and even the still high costs of vehicles. I know you said there's a decent discount on the Rubicon you're looking at but what's the catch?
I've heard a lot of stories about bad customer service from XT and Quadratec. I'll just say I received my few orders with no issues -- I guess it comes into play when you need to return something. I haven't had to do that yet. Don't lose faith in those companies completely. I've also ordered...
