  1. HEART ATTACK WARNING FOR Y’ALL BECAUSE I CARE ABOUT YOU!!

That is scary shit. I have been a long-distance runner for over 35 years. You would think that and decent eating would prevent this type of situation. Obviously not. Thanks for posting. Glad you are OK and are recovering!!
  2. 2022 Jeep Adventure Academy experiences. Registration opens next week

I did the same thing. I was surprised I was able to sign up the day before it was supposed to open. I'm now registered for Uwharrie on Friday, April 29!
  3. North Carolina SOLD

It appears as if you mounted the the lights using only the center hole in the bracket provided with the lights. Is that correct? If I use one of the Baja mounts, it also will only attach to the center hold in the bottom of the bracket...
  4. North Carolina SOLD

I see you don't have a Bull Bar above your winch. I have the same set-up (I have a Rubicon steel bumper on my Mojave)but I guess I will need to remove the Bull Bar in order to mount the lights at that location..... Did you have to drill a couple of new holes in the bumper to mount the lights??
  5. ARB Coupling Location

I mounted my ARB compressor to the fire wall on the drivers side of the engine bay. I snaked the tubing up to the front bumper and used an ARB 171314 Remote Hose Coupling kit that I attached to the bumper mount. It was really simple to do. Note that I used simple teflon tubing to connect the...
  6. The Definitive Front Bumper Thread

E-Bay knock-off of Rubicon Steel Bumper. All parts shown in the image (including LED fog lights) came with the bumper @ < $500. I used the LED fog lights that were installed on my original plastic bumper instead of the fog lights that came with the steel bumper.
  7. Project "MOHAVEY"

I traded in my '20 Overland in on a '21 Mojave the dealer had on the lot. The Mojave had rock rails on it. To close the deal, I had them remove the steps from the Overland and swap them with the rock rails on the Mojave. I wanted to make sure my wife (aka the Boss) could easily get in and out...
  8. So there i was at Pismo

Gotta say - I love my Mojave! We had it on the beach here in NC over Thanksgiving... Nothing would stop it!
  9. MOJAVE Edition Gladiator JT Club

35 MPH speed limit on Cape Hatteras and Carova Beach - unless you are within 300 feet of animals (like wild horses) in which case you are required to slow down to 15 MPH.
  10. Aux Switches - Can A Dealer Install?

I had the Aux switches installed by my local dealer just a few weeks ago. I do not recommend doing this yourself. You will see responses from forum members about how easy it is BUT if you ever have any electrical issues with your Jeep, you will be told that the problems are because you added...
  11. MOJAVE Edition Gladiator JT Club

My favorite places to drive on the NC beaches are from Corolla up to the Virginia border (Corova Beach) and the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Hatteras has miles and miles of beaches on which to drive. The last few days we were down at the Fort Fisher State Recreation Area just south of...
  12. MOJAVE Edition Gladiator JT Club

THIS is why I bought a Mojave! Wheelin' on NC beaches. IN 4-wheel high it handled fine. With Off Road Plus it was great! With the Rear Lockers on - UNSTOPPABLE!!
  13. Teraflex 1.5” level on Mojave?

I took this photo this afternoon (I am out playing at the beach!). I also included a front shot. I did have to trim a small amount off the skid plate to get it to fit correctly. Not a big deal - I primed and painted it and you can't even tell anything was ever done.
  14. Teraflex 1.5” level on Mojave?

I installed the Terraflex 1.5 Inch Leveling Kit several weeks ago - to compensate for the weight of an aftermarket Rubicon steel bumper and a Warn Winch I had installed. I probably could have gotten away with just the 1 inch puck instead of both the 1 inch and .5 inch as the front end is now...
  15. Happy Thanksgiving

    Happy Thanksgiving!!
  16. The Philistine thread - non-lifted Gladiators and not likely to be, either

Mea Culpa.... If adding a Terra Flex 1" leveling puck and the bump stop extensions is considered "Lifting" my Gladiator then - despite my previous post saying I wouldn't Lift my truck - I have sinned! I put a Rubicon steel bumper and a Warn winch onto my Gladiator which cause the front to...
  17. How to clean wax marks off bed liner?

Be careful with acetone - it melts stuff!!
  18. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Yesterday I wired my Warn winch into one of the Mopar Aux switches (that I had installed a couple of weeks ago). Today I had the windshield (which cracked last Friday) replaced... Now it's as good as new!!
  19. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Two modifications to my Gladiator today. Last week I had the Mopar Aux Switches installed by a local Jeep dealer. They did a really nice job with the wiring harness, relays, and the fuses. So today - Modification #1: I installed an onboard ARB compressor onto the firewall on the driver's...
