I installed the JCR Molle Panels recently. Both sides of the bed and the front of the bed at the cab. They came with the mounting brackets for hi-lift jacks. The fit was great. Highly recommended.
Plus, they are on sale now! https://www.jcroffroad.com/category/MOLLE.html
I had the Mopar Auxiliary Switches installed today at the Jeep dealer in Raleigh. Yes, I paid through the nose to have it done by the dealer - but it keeps my warranty intact. I see people commenting on here all the time about having electrical issues. IF at some point in the future I have...
Everyone is going to have their own recommendations as to what they wish they had on their Gladiator (and as a result, what you should get for yours!). BUT - one option that you will wish you had IF you are going to do any modifications to your rig are the Auxiliary Switches. I never thought...
Hah! I installed a Warn Winch on my E-Bay bumper this weekend also! Looks familiar. I also put some plastic plugs into the holes of the bumper to clean it up a bit.
A couple of weeks ago I replaced the plastic bumper on my Mojave with a steel bumper. Today I added a Warn VR EVO 10-S winch and Terraflex 1.5" Leveling Kit.
I saw this used Gladiator at the local dealer last week. There is a big metal mounting plate sitting above the plastic bumper. The winch sits on the plate. The plate is attached to the frame. So - the plastic bumper is still on the Jeep although the winch doesn't contact it at all.
My current ride is a '21 Mojave. I traded in a '20 Overland for it (the Mojave was not released when I originally bought my Overland). Before the Overland I had a '18 Wrangler.
Like many others responding to this question, I wish I had the Auxiliary Switches on my Mojave. I am probably going to end up having them installed by the dealer (so they are covered by the warranty). Other than that, I am 100% happy with mine.
Did you have to modify the plate in any way? As you know, I have the same bumper. I am getting ready to go over to Harbor Freight this afternoon and pick one of these winches up to install this weekend.... Just need to make sure I have everything necessary.
Three cases of wine. Supposed to be delivered today! Oh - also a Teraflex leveling kit for the front of my Mojave (need to correct the effects of adding a steel bumper and winch).
I installed the side panels a couple of weeks ago and the front panel this week. I used my drill to clean out the bed liner material that was in the screw holes. Be careful not to actually drill down into the holes as you don't want to damage the internal threads. I like these Molle Panels...
These are the JCR Molle Panels for the Gladiator. I had put the side panels on a couple of weeks ago and liked the fit so I ordered the front bed panel. It arrived yesterday and today I put it on. I will probably trim my rubber bed mat a little so it fits better around the panels.
I traded in my one year old Gladiator Overland on a new Mojave on the last day of March of this year. I think all the stars aligned for me on that day as I got more $$ on my trade-in than I paid for it, I got the new truck at about 5% below dealer invoice, and I got a loan through Chrysler...
