Thanks for the part numbers and link. Do you know which door wiring harness is needed for the passenger side? There are five part numbers listed:
68299330AE
68299332AE
68325459AE
68325460AE
68325461AE
How do you know which one is the right one?
Well, after posting that my Gladiator does this when accelerating slowly, I've been paying more attention again and it doesn't seem to be doing it anymore. I recently added the Mopar 2" lift and 37s. I previously had 33s. The speedometer was corrected for the 33s and 37s with a Tazer and...
DV8 rails installed. The install was not too bad, I had to drill out a few holes in the pinch seam as others have had to do. I do wish the rails were a little wider to function better as a step, but they do work as a step and lower the step-in height about four inches.
I agree it would be good to know the wheel width and laden or unladen; however, I was not able to find that information, and, based on a quick google search, it doesn't look like there is a standard for calculating revolutions per mile, so no standard wheel width, tire pressure, load, etc...
I created a spreadsheet that you might find helpful, it includes the size and weight for some common tires.

No pucks, still has the factory rake, it is just hard to see in the picture because of the angle and sloped driveway. I prefer the raked look.
I did not measure the rake, but I did measure various points on the truck before and after. The lift gave 2.5" of lift, the tires gave an additional...
I created a spreadsheet to help me decide which tires to buy. It includes the calculated tire height based off the revolutions per mile from tiresize.com. I thought I would share in case others find it useful since I often see comments and questions about tire size.
I will add more tires to...
@jimmydarnell I see you have the DV8 rails. Since I have given up on @ROAM I think I will go with the DV8s. I would like to know how much they lower the step-up height; can you tell me the distance from the door sill to the top of the DV8 slider?
Thanks in advance!
Same here, I tried many sites and all had at least one of the parts on back order. I found one site that let me order all of the parts, but I received an email from them a couple hours later that they canceled my order because parts were on back order with unknown ship dates.
Do all Gladiators have this hole in the tailgate where the wire harness enters? I wish they would have put a cap over it to keep junk out. My tailgate has dirt, rocks, and mulch in it from doing yard work--I can hear it rattle around every time I open and close the tailgate, and when I open...
$45
New, never installed. Full details on Bulletproof's site at this link (they are sold out, I paid $60 for it on Amazon...Amazon is also sold out)...
I ordered parts to make bed rails a few weeks ago and just got around to installing them today. Here are some lessons learned from me that might save you some time:
The posts show four-foot and five-foot channel rails. For whatever reason, I inferred that meant the bed was four feet wide and...
