I think my buddy wished he was dead under there. He just came off a week where he snapped the front axle housing on the Rubicon trail and had to leave it up there for a few days while he sourced a new front axle. That was a fun trail fix from what I heard. The 392 makes you do stupid things I guess.
Well considering that I'm budgeting between 5-7k for my Metal Cloak lift the AEV is definitely on the cheaper side of things. Question, why didn't you go with the aev correction brackets?
AEV lift and geo brackets with AEV Savegres and 35"KO2's. Gonna go up to 37s and I'm strongly considering ditching all the Fox stuff. It's great for higher speed applications but at slower speeds in the rough it blows through the travel and spends too much time on the bump stops.
I had mine installed and from the looks of it they sealed up the tailgate area. I've only had it a couple of weeks and haven't been up to the hills yet to get dirty.
