Here's my Mojave with the AEV lift plus geo brackets and 35" ko2's. Smartcap, RR Arcus with 12k winch. I do havehelper bags set at 5psi in the rear. 75% of the time I love it. The other 25% I hate because of the soft springs. I'm researching a completely different setup for the future.
My experience was over the phone as well. They also quoted me $4300 for the basic package, no real add-ons which I thought was pretty high. At the end of the day I got the smartcap for that price, didn't have to wait, and should I decide to, be able to put a rtt on top. Admittedly, I like...
I loved the ARE and I probably would have gone with it if it wasn't 12 weeks lead time. I needed something for this summers fly fishing trips. You truck looks awesome man.
Ordered a Smartcap for my Mojave. Curious if I should plan on adding airbags to the rear springs. Seems like a fairly cheap way to equalize everything. Just curious what other Mojave owners have done. Thanks.
I feel like the truck looks better with the lift obviously. It doesn't do anything extra in terms of Offroad capabilities. If anything the geometry brackets hang a bit lower in my opinion.
Most of the AEV equipped gladiators are sold with k02 37s which are basically 35s. Very light. 4.56 gears would handle these fine as long as the overall weight of the vehicle isn't out of control. You add aftermarket crap and gear and you'll be wishing you had 5.13.
Certain tools when used are inherently dangerous. If used incorrectly a farm jack falls into this category. I want mine in pristine condition should I unfortunately have to use it. It's never my first option. I really like that rack you have by the way.
