I've done a significant amount of research on this question recently, for another vehicle (NOT the Jeep).
Ultimately there's a lot of "that one time" things that make people think it's bad in all circumstances. Kind of like "don't wear a seatbelt, because if your vehicle rolls over in a...
I've been on the fence about selling my '23 with 11k miles. It's not a daily driver for me anymore and really only gets out for overland trips or snow situations. I understand new Gladiators are basically being given away currently and I'm not trying to come out financially a winner on this...
I doubt it would be profitable, as most people buy Jeeps to take the roof panels off. But... a rooftop tent that fits snuggly to the roof in place of the panels would be cool. Low profile, lower weight, etc. Easier to take on/off if you want to use the panels vs the tent. Again, it won't...
Hey there, I've spent several hours (including here) looking for hard-top/case RTT option that will fit on the gladiator roof only. I don't want to get a bed rack/canopy. I'd love it if there were a rooftop replacement option (get rid of roof panels) like they have for Land Rovers, but not...
I have a manual trans and 35's. I went to 4.63. Even then I never see 6th gear on the interstate unless it's flat. With my steel bumpers, underarmor, etc, I'm pretty heavy.
It's fine, but had I to do it over again, I'd have gone 5.13 and then skip 1st gear on take-off as it's too low for...
My beemer is 400lbs and I carry using a high-quality hitch rack. While I've never had reason to not trust this setup, I don't trust this setup... It's going to bounce and twist, no matter how much you crank it down or what brace you use. Seeing all of that in the rearview innately induces...
So I've figured out that the way the box looks, and its size (dropped off by a deuce), this Shadow Ops Jeep is a Transformer.
More than meets the eye. It turns from a box to a box with wheels.
"With the F-150 Lightning, we proved an electric truck could be a hit, and it has remained the best-selling electric pickup."
Fixed:
"With the F-150 Lightning, we proved an electric truck could be a hit, and it has remained the best-selling electric pickup. that we could lie about the range of...
I had a diesel Colorado Z71, which I traded in for this Gladiator after only 6 years because I was afraid the emissions system was going to fail at any moment. That's it. Almost everything about that truck was superior to the Gladiator, if I'm being honest.
In answer to the original OP...
I can't speak for all of the brand GPS/operating systems, but I can tell you without question that Jeep and Ford versions are buggy, confused trainwrecks. I had heard this was coming and made the decision then and there to never buy a vehicle from a brand that forces me away from Android Auto...
