I use the reflection off my hood to see some lights, my hood is black. Also that rearview mirror is way low in my rubi. I feel like I am going to run over a pedestrian with how much space and the position that the mirror takes up.....thats with the mirror flip.
Lift first. You'll likely run into clearance issues even city driving. I put Patagonia 37s on the day before I did my lift and it collided with my bumper coming out of Tim Hortons. The bumper was aftermarket but I think the point is valid.
Kinda defeats the purpose of a spare unless you keep an air pump with you.....which I do, because I deflate my patagonia to almost zero to put it in the spare tire spot

I wouldn't call it difficult.
You have to extend the shock all the way and then rotate the shock twice either way depending on which seeing you are changing to. The hardest part for me is compressing the shock again to get it mounted with the bolt on the axel.
