Just installed mine today, the diff cover fits on the rear without any spacer on the sway bar, but I did have to take the bar off to fit it. I think Ill do some flex tests to see if it does get in the way and makes contact with the sway bar.
I checked today and could not find anything that shows those values. I may not know what the sensor name is if its actually there, but there is no sensors labeled trans temp or oil temp.
I picked up the trail dash 3, an it feels a bit clunky and slow. I got it mostly for the tuning, but still. They could have installed a custom rom on a cell phone that would have had better performance than the hardware they're selling. Im glad the features they have as buttons don't take 4...
Im also going to Moab this summer for the first time. I one trail were looking at was "chicken corners" I don't think it was a difficult trail, but there is a spot there that leans a little towards a cliff. Very scenic.

I didn’t do anything with my tie rods. I was checking my drag link and sway bar links. Your chart shows the same thing I found for drag links. The chart you showed me made me worry I need to recheck again because maybe I looked at NM
I have an oem exhaust, minus one clamp you can just have.......if you wanna pick it up in detroit. About 10k miles on it. Its just been sitting since I did my exhaust switch.
Update: i rocked my jeep back and forth by hand and found the sound was coming from my sway bar links. I found out my sway bar links were under torqued. I tightened those up and the sound has gone away. I also decided to upgrade the drag link, tie rod to follow.
So my take away, check the torque...
From what I’ve found, torque speed should be 63 ftlbs. The nut was definitely not at that, tightened to 63, but still have the same sound, but I’ll see if it goes away when pulling into my driveway. There’s slightly less play so hopefully it is where it needs to be.
I’ll be looking to upgrade...
