Tongue weight of a trailer is subtracted from Payload, so while different, are directly related. If you have 300lbs of payload on your jeep after adding winch and bumpers, fuel, tent, rack, dog, wife, and you want to tow a 4000lb trailer, even with WDH you’re over the payload Capacity.
