  1. Why I need help with JScan

I did sir. Just need to get that stuff out of the way to install the extension cables. Thanks again.
  2. Why I need help with JScan

Thank you all so much. Now I have to figure out how to get the cables for jscan hooked up.
  3. Why I need help with JScan

@ShadowsPapa @Pliny @jay_vee @Mr._Bill I finally figured out what happened and am now back to asking what are these things and what happens if I take them out? The reason I'm 98% positive they weren't there before is because of the following: When I bought the Jeep in March 2022 intended to...
  4. Attention Passengers and Flight Crew, I'm Out

WOW! I had no idea it was that much---just that it must be a hell of a lot of fuel. Thanks so much for making us all a little smarter.
  5. Attention Passengers and Flight Crew, I'm Out

Sir, With all due respect---wanting an all EV in this day and age is probably about the worst thing you can hope for if you really care about the environment. Americans love to think they are saving the environment by buying an EV---which is so untrue due to complete lack of thought and...
  6. Help! Please confirm this isn't required for uConnect

@jav_eee @Mr._Bill How embarrassing. That's exactly what it is. So glad I asked you guys first before going to the dealership and looking like a total idiot---I'd much rather look like one here . Love this forum. What's more embarrassing is I've been under there numerous times...

@ShadowsPapa and all you other smart guys out there----especially if anyone is a current Jeep mechanic at a dealership. Getting ready to hook up a JScan and found this near the OBDII plug in. I assume it's a GPS tracker but it definitely wasn't on my Jeep before but suddenly is. I've paid for...
  8. Gladiator "dead" half-way around the globe

How frustrating. So impressed by your attitude and awareness of how to trouble shoot. Just from reading the this forum semi regularly, it seems like most times the batteries die and need to be replaced there are follow on electrical problems. While I've replaced dozens of motorcycle and...
  9. Never buying another CDJR product again (warranty cancellation fun).

It's like when I was younger and still on active duty with kids not yet out on their own during my 30 years in the Marine Corps. Back then it was term life insurance---I kept betting I would die and they kept betting I wouldn't. It was worth the peace of mind. Which is how I think of the...
  10. Finally Got My BOH Badges Mounted

Yep. I have all sorts of scratches and still a dent in my tailgate. Just consider them like my own body---looked great at first but not so much now :crying:
  11. Never buying another CDJR product again (warranty cancellation fun).

Have no idea why someone who buys multiple vehicles every year would ever buy an extended warranty up front. Here is how I did it for those of you thinking about a purchase and holding onto it for a very long time---which has proven to be, by far, the most economically intelligent way to...
  12. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Put on my few BoH Trail medallions. Will earn some more this fall.
  13. Finally Got My BOH Badges Mounted

DON'T listen to anyone at SMORR who recommends taking PeeWees Crossing backwards. See how I know : By going backwards on the trail the tree in front of the drivers side front bumper forces you to get too close to the dropped trees. Immediately in front of the passenger side bumper is...
  14. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

FYI. When I went to put in my Badland 12K winch on my full width LoD bumper I ended up taking the bumper off three times to get the winch to fit without risking cutting the power wires just by driving the Jeep. While the winch would barely fit in, it left the wires pinched hard against the...
  15. Suspension help please

I thought for sure I told everyone I have a completely stock 2022 Mojave suspension---no lift and no aftermarket parts. But after a review I didn't tell you all, so very much my bad on not giving a good idea of my problem. Full alignment is just whatever Jeep can do on a stock suspension which...
  16. Manual Transmission Club

Mike, No clue about AAMCO as far as installing an off road clutch---I took my Centerforce to a 4 wheel drive shop and it works fantastic now but even they had issues bleeding it properly. In my opinion AAMCO can afford a bad review in regard to installing a clutch for a 4 wheel drive Jeep as...
  17. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Got it. That was why I carefully went through a lot of reviews prior to purchase.
  18. Suspension help please

Limitless Parts for Jeep lettering. Steering Damper had play in it. And total depression sets back in.... First day everything is great----headed to the airport yesterday morning and the issue is back with a vengeance. Pulling hard left after sitting overnight. Because I have a great...
  19. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

New tires. Went from stock Falkens to Toyo 11.5x35x17 AT3s They're not true 35s which kind of pisses me off because all the websites said they would be. Rough estimate at 34PSI is 34.25 compared to the rough estimate of 32.5 on the stock tires. Need to do the chalk test.
  20. Suspension help please

Thanks very much for everyone's great support and help. Ended up being the Steering Damper. Mech put in the newest version which immediately fixed the issue. So happy and relieved.
