I used 6GA wire from battery to the bed. I used the existing hole at the rear tie down mount. I also removed the ARB connectors and replaced with Anderson connectors. (personal choice).
Assuming you bought the diff mount bracket, you will have to remove the existing tie rod mount. That bolt is in there tight with red loctite. So, use a quality hex wrench and some muscle. It will break loose. Heat is not an option because of the o-rings in there.
I don't believe it makes any...

My approach was putting a kit together and then only using tools from the kit when i worked on my jeep. I have done A LOT of stuff, so my tool kit is pretty big, but most of it fits in three of these tool rolls...

The U0101-00 error code on a Jeep indicates a loss of communication with the Transmission Control Module (TCM). This means the car's computer can't "talk" to the part that manages the transmission, potentially causing shifting issues and getting stuck in limp mode.
Disconnect the battery and...
I also have the auto awd transfer case, but I never use it. I only ever use 2wd or 4lo. I'm only on a clayton 2.5" lift, so the stock shaft is holding up fine.
You could always go to an aftermarket axle that has 10 degrees of separation. An expensive solution though.
What you are measuring there is a fixed measurement. The axle and the c's have 6 degrees of separation. When talking about pinion angle, it's the angle between the pinion (input of the diff) and the drive shaft. As you lift a vehicle the angle of the drive shaft to the pinion increases. As you...
Nothing extreme on rimrocker that I recall. Maybe a couple spots where you will have to pay attention to your line.
Hers a link to a video I did on Rimrocker last fall.
Bought mine at a dealer 50 miles away because they had what I wanted on the lot. Local dealer said they could not get it from them. Also, local dealer refused to service my jeep because I didn't buy it there. Wouldn't even do my free oil changes. Here we are 4 years later, and my jeep has never...
I got mine at Rack Attack. Great service there. The had one on display, and one in stock. Looks like they have a location near you in King of Prussia, PA.
Well, I just got it. Great Memorial day sale $850 off, still not cheap. I will say that I did a lot of research. I found that the quality is second to none. It only weighs 123 lbs. Weight was a big factor for me. I am a solo camper, so plenty of room for me and my stuff. I did put some peel n...
