I just got my MT this past Friday and am adjusting to it. What is the “sweet spot” for this engine regarding shift points (up through 4th gear...)? 3500? 4000 RPMs?
Thank you for posting this. I've got an MT07 that I've been struggling on whether or not to buy a trailer for. Looks like I'll grab a ramp instead. My bike is about 8-10" shorter than the Diavel (beautiful, BTW) so i should be GTG.
Flying in on Friday (From NW FL) to pick up my silver JT Sport. Craig's been super patient and helpful so far. Looking forward to finally joining the Jeep family.
Going to get my JT from Koon's in a week and I've been prepping for its arrival. I ordered AEV Pintlers in matte black. Today I was trying to install new TPMS' and screwed one of the wheels up. I've never installed these sensors and was having a heck of a time getting the valve stems seated. So...
I decided to go with Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 285/70r17. While I originally started at 35x12.50s, then 285/75s - they just seemed a little big with the potential of rubbing (with no lift or level) when I decide to get off road while camping or mountain biking. The Nittos got delivered today, the...
I'm wondering the same thing. About to get my JT and want a hard tri-fold tonneau. Had one on my old F250 and loved it. Seems like good reviews on the Bakflip...
Thanks to everyone again for their input. I'm actually going to get the AEV pintlers in 17x8.5. They were always a favorite but I didn't realize how much better the offset was than the Mayhems. I'd prefer not to do a level at this point but have narrowed it down to either the 285/70s at stock...
Thanks everyone for the pictures. This is more difficult than I thought - first world problems, I know...
I like the looks of the 285/70/r17, but am worried that the wheel I picked out (-6 offset) will stick out too far for the height of that size tire. I would think the the 285/75r17 might...
I'm about two weeks out from picking up my new silver Sport S hardtop with 6-speed manual. I had planned out my first upgrades and was going to order to get installed upon arrival: Overland side steps, 17x9 Mayhem wheels (-6 offset), Mopar 2" lift, and Nitto Ridge Grappler 35x12.50s. I have...
