  1. Aftermarket automatic high beams on a 2024

I think most of that is already on the 24s, I just don’t know what to do to enable it and what hardware I need.
  2. Aftermarket automatic high beams on a 2024

Ah, i see. I didn't watch the whole video, just a few moments of it I skipped through and saw. Regardless, seems trivial for the companies that make this to combine the necessary components to sell it as a kit and a programmer to enable it. I
  3. Aftermarket automatic high beams on a 2024

Is this a thing that can be added aftermarket? I found a video for a Jeep JK (https://www.youtube\.com/watch?v=uIQBCjCsBN40) but haven't been able to find any post or information anywhere about this being available on a 2024 gladiator. Seems like if I can add aftermarket blind spot this should...
  4. Engine longevity testing

Oh gotcha, who knows. The engines probably don’t have an issue surviving warranty period. All that really matters to the company.
  5. Engine longevity testing

Thanks Hoot, I added it to the OP so I can keep track of it easier to refence going forward.
  6. Engine longevity testing

That's what the Baxsters oil adapter is for: https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/baxter-performance-oil-filter-adapter.73840/ and https://www.baxterperformanceusa.com/shop-by-make/jeep-1.html
  7. Engine longevity testing

The internet would disagree, but I also acknowledge that the loudest wheel gets the grease, so the quiet people are the ones not having issues. Also that many of the people who complains are complainers and likely didn't do basic vehicle maintenance. This is more about "I'm going to do my...
  8. Engine longevity testing

Knowing the Pentastar has some longevity issues when I bought this vehicle as my 'forever' vehicle I decided to baby it as much as possible. One of the things i wanted to do was do some oil sample analysis to stay on top of the health of the engine. To do this I chose speed diagnostix which is...
  9. What is this plastic on the back wall?

Even though I set out to write a pseudo review of the sound system eventually I never bothered to document anything, so I don't have any good pictures of it. Sorry. The back panel wasn't bad, but I'm not one to care too much about breaking plastic pieces. Almost all of this stuff can be easily...
  10. Power mirrors not working post disassembly

i found it while taking a multimeter to find the electrical issue. First thing i found. Basic troubleshooting wins again.
  11. Power mirrors not working post disassembly

This ended up being a bent pin, but it was the harness that connects the mirror controller to the main door harness. The green and purple cable specifically. Problem now fixed!
  12. Power mirrors not working post disassembly

The power mirror fuse is the 10a at the top left of your pic there. That’s fine, was alluding to the pin on the hardness. I found a wiring diagram, I’m perusing to see if I can figure it out.
  13. Power mirrors not working post disassembly

thanks for the link. I checked all of the pins, they seem okay. Have you ever seen a wiring diagram so I can hone in on which one it is?
  14. Power mirrors not working post disassembly

Hey folks, Last weekend I fully disassembled all of the doors and installed soundskins sound dampening. Prior to this I installed a full sound system, so I’ve done some electrical work and a lot of disassembly. after getting everything buttoned up today I noticed that the power mirrors are not...
  15. What is this plastic on the back wall?

what did you do? I have plenty of hot glue, caulk, etc but not sure exactly what you’re suggesting. Also sounds like it may be beneficial to take those other electronics off and putting sound dampening behind it, or some plastic pad or something.
  16. What is this plastic on the back wall?

Nope, just some clips popped off. Just reseat them.
  17. What is this plastic on the back wall?

Thanks a ton to you both. I’ll keep it in place and just go around it then!
  18. What is this plastic on the back wall?

I’m installing me OEM audio plus system and doing a lot of sound deadening in the process. What is this plastic black thing in the back wall behind the back seats? Can I remove it so I can put sound deadening back here?
  19. Getting started offroading

Haha, indeed Arkansas, but I realize now I even typed out Alaska even saying Arkansas in my head, then short handed to Alaska. I blame the dyslexia. it’s brand new, but I don’t fear scratches. As my mechanic brother says “paint is sacrificial.” Thanks for your other suggestions. I have a few...
  20. Getting started offroading

Hey yall, Now that I have my Gladiator I'm planning a trip this summer/fall with the wife to hit two places: Stony Lonesome park in Alabama for Trail #404 badge, then Hot Springs, AR to hopefully hit all 3 badges there since they're all easy/moderate. I have no experience, no mods to my stock...
