For me I have had bad experience with offroad machines and oil based filters. I have clogged up 2 MAF sensors with K&N filters. Both instances I followed the instructions when oiling. I went with the dry, with an additional mesh cover over the paper filter.

Normal sound. Nothing to worry about at all.

Shop around. the dealer here in Denver wanted 750 for a housing… I ordered one for 85 online and it came with a filter….

My 21 ecodiesel rubicon tows my 3500lb trailer on 35” tires with a 2.5” lift just fine. I will say there are cooling limitations with it towing at high altitude in warm temps. In fact have well over 20k miles of road trips with my camper. I’ve derates 2 times, but never had any issues.

One was able to keep it (I think Rusty). I had the advisor bring it to me and I pulled control valve on top, some small flakes were present on mine. But the advisor told me they needed it and I couldn’t keep it. along with the pump a few lines get replaced… make sure those lines are replaced.

Yup! it was a mixture of both. My pump, lines, etc. has been replaced and all is good now.

I monitor Regens using a 10 dollar OBDII Bluetooth dongle and an app on my phone. just make sure you get the oil hot fairly frequently to help burn off fuel, and moisture in the oil…. Or change the oil a bit more frequently (or do a lab analysis of the oil)

The bump stop tubes are also longer which limits up travel by about 1.25”…. Easier to bottom out. on my jeep I did the 2” Mopar lift, and purchased some metal cloak bump stops but I trimmed them to make them shorter and heat sealed them. I no longer bottom out if hitting speed bumps too hard.

So they do not on the new pump, but it will run fine. just use the full tank before 30 days, and use some biocide occasionally, also I’d add LX4. Change your oil and filter at no more than 5k miles.
