    I think they basically get a grade/score on all vehicles average mpg together by class. The fleet has to meet certain numbers so bumping a few up even 1-2 mpg helps the average.

    it was wild how much damage was still evident from all the flooding. they had these big tank tread vehicles driving in the creeks clearing out debris and stuff. it was beautiful up there but man some of those roads to get up there were rough. Friend drove his renegade and it handled it ok though :D
