oh lord no. this is a hybrid product not full ceramic coating but very similar.
wash your truck, dry your truck, DO NOT DO THIS IN THE SUN.
apply this similar to other waxes you may have used. Dont let it dry, its kinda hard to get back off. Youll get the hang of it. I like the product and...
basically it requires constant attention. Get some good water repelling wax. Water spots drive me nuts and if they are all over my hood then Ive got to clean it haha.
in this thread I talk about chemical guys hydro slick, and ask a dumb question about it being a gel even though its says gel...
seems to be working fine to me, I guess I dont get what the big deal is.
using the dc cig lighter I got 101 watts, with the converter I got 197. Im sure there is some loss with connectors etc but we greatly improved out charge time with this. Im not sure how this got off on such a bad foot.
Just a quick video I made (yes im pretty goofy, ok?) about a gadget i thought was pretty neat. Basically Ive ran a 12v line to the bed of the truck for power then you can put this in-line with that for 24 volts. I ended up with 197 watts from the dc "cig outlet" which i felt was pretty nice for...
what I found with reprogramming the computer to the new tire size is that it extends the shift points / rpms. so if before you could get into 8th at 55 mph at 1700 rpms (just throwing out examples, no exact numbers). Now it wants 8th at 58 mph at 1900 otherwise 7th gear 55 mph 1700. basically it...
Ok changing my setup on the truck for next year. Decked- sold. I liked it but it was limiting as far as fridge setups could go. Didn't like gear being near bed rail height.
Softopper- sold. Great for dust and rain but was tired of try to put a rtt over it. I have 2" of room to tighten bolts...
A deer got me the other night and took off my rear fender flare (recovered it). But the inner liner is gone. Anyone have one they would sale/ship for a reasonable price?
ive charged my eco flow no prob from the outlet no issues. it did lots of relay click sounds frequently for some reason though. (I think it was from the ecoflow but maybe the outlet relay?) It seemed to click and reset but eventually just charged normally.
it depends on your goals. Im sure a rubicon is fine for something like the beach but I wouldnt want that super low range transfercase in sand. On the other hand the overland has 3.73 gears and thats just going to be an issue if you put bigger tires on it later.
A mojave sounds like the best bet...
