I have the same lift, only parts from it remaining are the front springs and shock extensions. I swapped my rears out with the Rancho 3.5” x-lander springs. I have a 0.5” spacer up front and my rear sits higher than the front. Loaded down with camping gear it sits about level, never lower than...
I’m in Orange county. Yeah wheeling here won’t be anything like CO. For Florida there are some decent places to go for us in the central part of the state. I don’t mind the mud, but avoid the mud buggy areas that’ll swamp the truck.
I ran those on my stock Mojave wheels for a couple years before getting new wheels without an issue. The cone is not as wide as the stock lugs nuts, but I had no issues and torqued down fine.
I just installed their tie rod today on mine. It certainly has some weight to it. Nice improvement over the stock that made it 40k, 20k of that on 37s.
Another 4 hose kit to consider is 4x4 Colorado, on sale for $129. I’ve been using this with the Thors 10.6 compressor and has been a good combo.

The bearings inside your unit bearing have dried out. That orange is dust from fine bearing material & rust escaping past the seal over the miles. Common on all unit bearings and a good sign they need replaced. Even if you don’t have play in the bearing its a sign to know they will need replaced...
Looks like you have the drag link top mounted without their track bar relocation to match the top mount drag link. Your track bar and drag link seem to be on different planes from the photos, this will cause wander and an unplanted feeling in turns. How much lift are u running? Top mount is...
I have the Metalcloak with the stock cover. I’ve drug it a few times & has held up well. Mine is a 2020 so I wanted to protect the drain plug. If I didn’t have the front drain plug I probably would have went with the Motobilt cover like I have on the rear.
I run the Walcott #3373. It drags a little going into my garage if I don’t reach out the window and bend the antenna back. I’m on 3.5 lift & 37s. I have it connected to my Cobra HHRT50 handheld through a coax to bnc adapter with no issues on group trail rides communicating.
I have the same MORE skid and my temps are around what you are getting. I see close to your towing temps on mine during full days of wheeling when ambient temps here in FL are 90+.
I’ve had a Mac set like the one below for years and has been great. Has a drill guide that goes over the broken portion remaining to ensure you center drill. Use left hand drill bits instead of right and sometimes it’ll grab and unthread while you’re drilling for the extractor...
I feel for those on the west coast. Between the back to back hurricanes and tornadoes it will be years to recover. We’ve been in central FL for 15 years and this storm was the worst we’ve felt.
Florida Trail Stompers and Orlando Jeep Club are both good groups. Both go wheelin mostly around Ocala, Citrus, Richloam. Sometimes in Belmore and Osceola that arent too far from you. Both groups are friendly.
Ocala you can pretty much guarantee pins stripes. I never cared like you. A lot of...
