I can only imagine what my Scrambler would have sold for in today's market. I sold it for over $23K in the 103-day period between ordering my Gladiator and receiving it in the summer of 2019. It paid for almost half the Gladiator and my trade paid the balance.
I used the BD brackets, not Mopar (or molar). There is no interference with the Warn winch.
Recent photo...all lights mounted with BD brackets to existing bolts on OEM bumper:
I have Bartact seat covers. Sunglasses live in a molle case ( Molle eyeglass case ) attached to the side of the passenger seat. I can access them (and return them to the case) without even looking. Regular glasses and cleaning cloths reside in the top portion of the center console.
Besides the performance, one of the reasons I went with the BD LP6 Pros was the unique shape...rounded top and bottom with flat sides...almost a cross between round and square. I wouldn't put square lights or a light bar on the front. I went with square and a bar for scene lighting though. I...
I see numerous Broncos every time I go to town. Their "Off-Roadeo" headquarters is at Red Cliffs Ranch on the Colorado River. They always have one perched on 3 wheels atop some very large boulders at the ranch. If they actually drive it up, it's an impressive feat. But it reminds me of the...
Go UTES! Born and raised in California but escaped to Utah in 1967 to attend the U. My high school team played a game in the Rose Bowl in 1964...beautiful and historic venue. Too bad more than a third of Ohio State's starters decided to just skip the game. Understandable if they are scared...
No. Wiring harnesses with or without switches are available. For your application, it seems like a remote switch would be ideal...wouldn't even have to get out of the sleeping bag. I used the Fimco switch for years in 2 different trucks and it never failed...easily handled the draw of 60+ qt...
You can't go wrong with Baja Designs but they are pricey. I mounted their S8 10" Work/Scene light on my rack...smooth light pattern with no hot spots that comes in very handy. All the rack lights are wired to one of the OEM auxiliary switches...but you could easily wire up a remote switch. I...
As others have stated, the Garmin inReach is the way to go. While it doesn't allow voice conversations, you can send text messages back and forth with family, friends, or the International Emergency Response Coordination Center which monitors emergency signals from the devices. It sometimes...
"Jeep said so" would be good enough for me. They have engineers who design things a certain way for a reason...not just for $h*ts n giggles. The larger slots on the JT grilles were designed to provide additional cooling, especially for towing. The reason the diesel has a lower tow rating than...
This...and I'm surprised no one mentioned it sooner. The size of the iconic Jeep slots in the grille are larger on the JT. The OP bought a Max Tow (presumably for towing?)...then installed a grille that will limit towing capacity.
I finally got the 4A springs and installed them. Now the hood raises fully in about 3 seconds as soon as it is unlatched. That's how I expected it to work in the first place. The 3A springs just did not have the power to properly lift the hood.
They are Baja Designs lights mounted with the manufacturer-supplied brackets. Each light is mounted to a single existing bolt on the steel bumper. The LP6 lights are wired to a 40-amp switch and the smaller XL-R Racer Edition spots to a 15-amp switch...both in the OEM Auxiliary Switch Bank.
