  1. rear locker not working question

Not sure I am going to ask this question right but here goes: Does this little gem fix the issue or just bypass it? If the sensor in the axle is bad does this send back a signal to make the locker think that the sensor is okay or does this bypass it all together? I am all in if this is a...
  2. rear locker not working question

Following...... Very interested in this and a good fix. Wondering if a good magnetic drain plug would help if the factory didn't install one.

Thanks for sharing all the photos. Looks like a great trip.
  4. Storing factory wheels

If you still have the original tires installed, air them down to about 5PSI. Just enough to keep them seated on the rim.

  7. Stopped at light Gladiator vs 53’ Semi Truck…

Rem Remember to make sure you get the cost of the accident deprecation on your vehicle. I can't remember the correct name for it, maybe someone else will chime in with that.
  8. 2024 Land Cruiser reveal coming August 1. More official sneak peeks

Interesting. I had a 1975 FJ55 basket case. Once rebuilt it was a fun thing to drive but a real beast on the open road. I wonder what this will be like. I am sure it will be a fun rig but nothing as well suited as the Jeeps we have now. Landcruiser seems to have gone luxury and not something you...
  9. Under rear seat access locked out

Thanks OP, I do keep some of my gear under the rear seats but more of it is going into my contractors box now. We do a lot of off road travels alone so this is an interesting (feature) way to keep you from extracting your rig when alone.
  10. Factory Falken MT @51K, just changed to BFG AT KO2

Just getting ready to install some new KO2 tires in the 315 size. Its good to hear that they are quiet and ride well. I have used the KO2's for many years on other rigs and have been impressed with the ride and all around handling. Thanks for posting your experience with these tires.
  11. 2024 Gladiator Spy Shots

Looks like the fenders are now sloping away from the body and don't seem to have a dirt and rock trap where they meet the body. If you have a Gladiator or Wrangler you know what a pain those are.
  12. STATE FARM WILL NOT INSURE MY GLADIATOR1

I am 66 and have a 22 gladiator, State Farm handles all my needs from the house and shop to my old 1989 Suzuki Sidekick. Haven't had an accident since the 1990's sometime. I don't have a credit rating anymore since we have been very fortunate to not need it.
  13. Il take any advice on taking this lug nut out!

You may want to drill this out. Center punch the center of the bolt and only drill as deep as the bottom of the lug nut. This way you can save the wheel and only need one new stud.

  15. Trailer lights

Trailer lighting is on a separate circuit so you will be fine no matter what the trailer has for lighting. Works with mixed LED and Incandescent also. Happu 4TH!
  16. Smaller key fob - 3d print

Many thanks for doing the work and posting the files. I hate the key in my fob, it always opens and gets stuck in my pocket.
  17. Roaming Out West (Photos)

Looks like everyone had a good snow year. Thanks for the pics. Where was the telephone, I haven't seen one of those in many years.
  18. Oracle Flush Mount Taillight Install

Look over the wiring to make sure that all the leads are soldered tight and that they all go to the same (correct) place. You may have a wire that is cross connected. Then see if you can make one side work with with the stock light on the opposite side plugged in. Then reverse. I had a small...
  19. Aftermarke LED foglights wiring to factory harness.

My winch bumper came with a extension wiring harness that I used as a point to get signal power for a relay. The 40 amp relay now runs the fogs and 3 other driving lights. Using a relay keeps the computer happy and have never had a code show up! Just one way of getting power without hacking up...
  20. Mopar black hood graphic maintenance

I have been using Turtle Wax Ice on graphics. Seems to keep all the plastics and graphics nice with out any of the left behind white film.
